No one to to greet or acknowledge customers. Three customers in the lobby without a bank employee in sight. Employees sitting in the furthest office from the lobby, with no lights on, talking. No directions on how to get service, no number to take. Eventually learn only one teller station with no visibility to the lobby.... read full comment

What a trash bank branch. Can't process same day wires without an appointment even though I got there at 9 AM and no one else was there. Highland village branch is way better and the only reason I didn't take my business over to Chase today itself.

This is the strangest bank I've ever been to. The teller is hiding in a corner away from view with a single seat for a single customer
