Not enough people to help customers. and you have to make long appointments to see someone.

They hardly have anyone working. Its the slowest bank ever. Omg hire more tellers. Terrible service. I was in line for 15 minutes then finally left. No one even acknowledged me.

I am a commercial customer and they had no teller available that could give me change I needed for my business. They offered that I wait 25 minutes until another teller returned.
