“I usually go to the location in Sanger, but had an issue with my battery. Cary, the Manager took great care of me. I had stopped at the location on Mckinney/Loop 288, and an employee was eating a sandwich and couldn't be bothered to help me. He asked another employee to help me. They looked at the battery and quoted me a higher price, then what I ultimately paid at the Teasley location. When I lived in Denton, this was my go to location. Our whole family goes there because they are so nice!”
“10/10 russell is the man to talk to.He has blonde hair and he is super helpful and kind right off the bat. He has helped me on 3 separate occasions, with 3 totally different issues on several cars. And he is just so knowledgeable and quick to help. Even if you don't know exactly what you're there for if you describe the issue to him.And your setup, he'll be able to help turn you towards some products that will assist whatever job you have. Highly recommend to anyone and love coming here because i know the customer service is amazing. It is great finding a store that you're comfortable with”

“I was able to schedule an iPhone battery replacement online. When I arrived at the store, I was promptly waited on and told an estimate of completion (of less than 1 hour).
I ran an errand and was called less than 1 hour later that it was completed. In addition, they cleaned out the charging port of lint that had collected that could restrict proper charging. They even called when they discovered that to ensure I really needed a battery. I said yes since the battery life was 76% and the phone would not hold a charge very long.”

“I previously had a problem with my battery and Eric the manager of the store helped me. I decided to try to get another year out of my old battery, but it failed to start my car again. I went back to the store and Keving the assistant manager helped me, I decided to go ahead and buy a new battery and Kevin volunteered to put it in for me since I told him I couldn't deal with all the extra stuff required to get the old one out. He was extremely helpful and took the time to remove the old one and install the new one for me. The personnel in this store are always so helpful whenever I need assistance. I highly reccoment this store.”
