“Needed an A/C recharge for my 04 Buick Century. Never had it recharged before, but eventually they need it. It only has 62k miles and I keep it pristine. You could literally eat a heated muffin off the valve cover; it is that clean. Carl, the owner, was honest and didn't jack me around about putting A/C Dye in the system to make a mess, check for a leak, diagnostic service and the other garbage 5 other shops pretty much insisted on forcing on me, to get it recharged. It is a 20yo car. It is normal to need a recharge periodically.
Carl took good care of my old car, Recharged it, put a little A/C oil in the system, kept everything clean, talked to me about what was needed and now it is like new. It is, freezing me out of it, if I don't keep the fan on low.

“There is a previous review indicating that Joe is was rude to a potential client. I am willing to argue that this couldn't be further from the truth.
My vehicle was dinged in a parking garage, no major damage, just a small scratch. I had contacted Joe after locating him on Google get an estimate, and he made time to meet me two days later. Upon his inspection of the vehicle, he said he could take care of the scratch quickly (in addition to 2 others unrelated to the garage incident) and did not feel right charging me as he knew this would be a quick fix, despite my attempts to do so. I suspect his rates are competitive based on other reviews.
Joe completed his work in under 15 minutes, and there was no evidence the garage ding had ever occurred. The unexpected kindness from a total stranger blew me away.

“My tire popped when I was conveniently around the corner from the shop. I went in, hoping they’d offer for a service to be able to change my tire. The lady at the front desk was very kind. She went and talked to somebody and they had me pull my car into one of the bases. They literally changed my tire in like two minutes. I asked the man who changed it and the woman at the front desk how much I owed and they insisted to not worry about it. They turned what should’ve been a very stressful experience into a positive one. I can’t think them enough for their kindness and hospitality. I will definitely be using their services In the future.
