“My tire popped when I was conveniently around the corner from the shop. I went in, hoping they’d offer for a service to be able to change my tire. The lady at the front desk was very kind. She went and talked to somebody and they had me pull my car into one of the bases. They literally changed my tire in like two minutes. I asked the man who changed it and the woman at the front desk how much I owed and they insisted to not worry about it. They turned what should’ve been a very stressful experience into a positive one. I can’t think them enough for their kindness and hospitality. I will definitely be using their services In the future. “I was recommended this shop by many friends, they have my 21’ STI that was initially brought in for a boost leak test. Upon looking over the car they also found other issues that were very important such as misrouted vacuum lines and an oil leak at my turbo and brought them to my attention immediately. They have answered the phone every time I’ve called for an update and they are fair on the price. I ended up also requesting a tune as they have a dyno in house and that is always going to be more trustworthy than road pulls. 10/10.”
