The only Chase Bank out of literally ten (10!) in the area to answer the phone when I called on a weekday morning. Helpful and friendly.

Limited hours, I can't deposit a business check via mobile so I have to schedule time to go visit to deposit my money.
Any questions other than a teller requires an appointment.

Not sure why there’s bad reviews but I believe it was Prati? and Mikayla … both super nice, informative and helpful. I hate going into branches but they made my experience pleasant. Give them raises!
