I explained what I was looking for, and Daniel knew exactly what to show me. Honestly, I liked every ring he brought out, which made the decision hard — a good problem to have. He gave me a really good deal, but when I told him I wasn’t fully convinced yet, he didn’t pressure me at all. Instead, he encouraged me to take the weekend to think about it and told me to reach out when I was ready.
About a week later, I came back and let him know I wanted to look at something a little more affordable. He had no problem with that and showed me several options. I ended up finding exactly what I needed, and I even picked out a ring for myself. Once again, Daniel gave us a great deal on everything.
The rings came with a certificate and were presented in a nice box. Overall, we had a really great experience working with Daniel at MARQUISE JEWELERS. I highly recommend visiting him if you’re looking for quality jewelry, honest service, and someone who genuinely wants to help you find exactly what you need at the best price possible. “The work was beautiful but I was promised in 2 weeks it took over 2 weeks and when I went to pick up my repairs I was thinking around $200 and it was over $700! If I had known it was going to be that much I would have never had the repairs done. And the one ring that was to be sized is still to big. I won’t go back.

“I went two weeks ago to have a watch adjusted by removing a link. I was treated kindly. I don't remember the name of the person who helped me, but I assume he was the owner or the manager. He took his time and adjusted it without charging me anything. In these times when everything is about money, that's truly remarkable.”

“Believe all of those 5 star reviews written about Luxor Custom Jewelers. I was actually blessed enough to be given the opportunity to take my bench Jewelers apprenticeship there back in 2004. They can pretty much create anything you want they haven't army of Jewelers working in the back constantly and they only hire The Best of the Best. They are not one of those Custom Jewelers or repair shops that cuts corners by any means they get the job done right and they get it done right the first time. I am forever indebted and grateful to the owner Waguih Guirguis. For if it wasn't for his kind offer to allow me to take my apprenticeship there I wouldn't be the Jeweler I am today and I owe him all of the credit for giving a young 22-year-old an opportunity way back when. I now live in Austin and really need to get back up there to go visit everyone. But if it's not Waguih who you are working with directly Corrine and the rest of the sales staff are all amazing people and do not pressure you into anything. I wouldn't recommend anywhere else except Luxor if you're in the DFW area. Thank you Waguih for all you did for me all those years ago I promise to get up there as soon as I can and pay you a visit just to say hello. God bless you sir”

“On August 25, 2020 my soon to be husband and I went to Gatehouse Jewelers to see about ordering a wedding band. We were able to order the one I wanted and have it shipped in time to fly out to Las Vegas the following week to get married. They told us they would have it in time and the ring came in on August 31st, 2020. The manager met me there for me to get it and Shawn and I flew out the next day and were married in Las Vegas on September 2nd, 2020. Very good customer service!”
