“I had some rings resized at Southlake Jewelers quite some back so when the need came up again we headed back to them. We had 2 wedding rings resized and 2 additional family rings that I wanted to be able to wear sized. There were quite a few customers there midday on the Saturday we went but the employees kept an eye on the door, welcoming each person that entered. The sizing portion of this review is short - we took rings to be sized, they resized the rings, we picked up the rings, and the rings fit. LOL!! What is most important, I think, is the time they took with each customer. The conversations had, the opinions provided. That is the good stuff and the thing that will keep Southlake Jewelers around a long time. We ended up taking my engagement ring to have a couple of the stones replaced even before the other rings were ready. The time Kari spent with us was awesome. She was so careful about selecting diamonds that would best fit our needs. I felt completely comfortable leaving the ring there. I received a text when the work was complete in both cases (more quickly than expected). When we went to pick up my engagement ring, Kari recognized us and went to retrieve my ring before we said a word. In a time where people are constantly rushing and the individual does not always matter, the time taken for each customer and the collaboration in making a decision will be the reason Southlake Jewelers will be around a long time.”

“We have been here twice to the Southlake location, once to purchase a couple items and once for a repair on a cross necklace that my daughter had for several years. She was a little hard on the necklace and wore it almost every day. We have been very please with service on both occasions we visited the Southlake location and staff is always helpful. I find James Avery Jewelry to be very good quality jewelry for the price and it is our go to Jewelry for my college age daughter. In the past she had some items from Pandora and Kendra Scott, but those items never held up and tarnished. Her James Avery Jewelry has always held up and we have never had the pieces we purchased tarnish like other stores. Very good value for your money.”

“When Sephora opened in Kohl's at the Southlake store I was very skeptical but I decided to try it anyway. Although the products were the same great products, the folks working at that Sephora at the time knew absolutely nothing so I continued to go to the Southlake Townsquare Sephora. On Friday, Nov. 4th I needed a new heating blanket so I went to Kohl's and decided to pop into Sephora only because it was raining and I needed a travel mascara. I was greeted by Daniel and I was absolutely floored by the knowledge, professionalism and service I received by Daniel at that Sephora. I consider myself a make-up expert but he knew everything about every line that I liked. If you haven't tried the new Sephora in Kohl's I highly recommend trying this one again and hopefully Daniel will be working there. Thank you Sephora Kohl's for hiring professionals like Daniel.
