Nice store and people. However, they just moved their item pickup to the very back of the store.

How does Kohls stay in business. I have been in 4 times and each time I am one of just a few people. That said, the store is nice, pretty organized. Have limited sizes. And finding someone to help is very difficult. I have never had a problem buying or returning.
