“Not only do I shop at Khols pretty often I love to return my Amazon things there. The line goes very quick and the people behind the counter are usually pretty friendly. My most recent trip I found a jacket that I thought was 50% off and it turns out it was just on the wrong rack and after the cashier kindly explain that to me, she called over the manager, and he honored the 50% since it was a miscommunication on their part without me even asking. He then went immediately to fix the issue. He was extremely friendly and smilie. I really like the Flower Mound location and I will continue to come back even more because of how kind and friendly the workers were and accommodating the manager was. 5 stars.”

“I want to give a big thank you to Naeem at the Target in Flower Mound. He was extremely respectful, helpful, and professional. Not once, but twice, he went out of his way to help me and made sure I was taken care of. He was always willing to put in the extra effort to make sure the customer was satisfied.

After he helped me at the front, I later saw him working as a cashier and made sure to get his name so I could show my appreciation for how helpful he was. He checked us out efficiently, made sure everything was bagged properly, and provided great customer service from start to finish.

“Richard was absolutely FANTASTIC. We had a few issues with our photos the first time around with a different photographer and he kindly brought us in for a redo and a wonderful experience. You could tell he has a great eye for photography. The set-up was artistically placed and he did a great job engaging with my puppy. The pictured were magical and a great way to mark my puppy’s four-month birthday. Thank you Richard, we’ll definitely be coming back and requesting your skills again!”

“I went into Sephora a few days ago a little nervous as I rarely use make up and needed a complete set of everything including being color matched for a really big event I was attending.

Not too many customers in the store and Sam was moving from Person to person. I told her I needed to be color matched. She asked me a few questions on skin type and skin care and BAM first one she picked was a perfect match.

She took the time to help me pick Everything I needed…. Took the time to explain what the product was and why she recommended it. Explained the return policy. She was very helpful and amazing.
