“We had the most amazing experience with Melissa! We couldn’t afford to take expensive family pictures this year, so I looked on Groupon and found a deal to go to JCPenney Portaits. I bought it actually more as a joke… but the joke was on me! The pictures we got will last a lifetime and you can’t beat the quality/clarity! I know these will be the pictures my daughter will cherish one day and will be shown on special occasions.Value- priceless!”

“This is for Aiesha and the Sephora, a Department. She was so sweet and helpful, completely changed my idea of coming back. Last time I came to this location. I asked the lady where a product was, ciccapair, and she said y’all don’t carry it and I turned around and saw it right behind me. I decided to let her know that yall do you have it in case somebody else asked for it, and she said yeah you called it by a different name. She said it’s Dr. Jhart, duh I did but it’s the same thing and she should have known that. She was actually rude about it. Only reason I came back is because I needed something and other saphoras were closed. Aiesha was very helpful and accommodating even though once again, y’all are out of some thing I was looking for. She was very sweet and helpful .”

“If you have not visited the new beauty and cosmetics department in JC Penny I highly recommend. There are so many inclusive items to choose from for every skin type and tone. I had the distinct pleasure of speaking with the manager whose name starts with a M. (I'm so bad with names) But she was knowledgeable and very enthusiastic about the product selection. I will return, and I will support the movement!”

“I came to this Target on 3 separate occasions looking for the grilled mozzarella cheese and Auntie Anne Pretzels dogs. Both have been hard to get here. I was discouraged and shy if not coming back. . A young employee named Javier was amazingly helpful. He took the time to first listen to my concerns( none of course directed at him) . Afterwards, he went into action. He scanned every bar code near the cheese products I requested. To both our dismay , we could not locate anymore. He moved onto helping me find pretzel dogs checking the inventory on his scanner. He realized that there maybe a box in back that had not been unloaded. He asked for my patience and went to the back to search for it. A few minutes later he came back ( freezing) but with the pretzel dogs that were in the very back of the delivery. I was so happy but more than anything so appreciative of this young man's customer service. His attitude was so positive! He went above and beyond. He didn't make any excuses but truly tried to help me. I hope this young man is up for a raise because he deserves it. He's the employee that you want your customers to interact with. Thank you Javier for helping me keep the faith in Target customer service once again.”

“Belk was absolutely dead when I went in to look for some slacks. The men’s dress department is shrinking by the year and the quality of stuff they’re carrying is on the decline. When I went to checkout, couldn’t find a register station and was informed they had gone to the line similar to a TJ Maxx. We’ve shopped Belk many times over the years but it seems as though they may fall the way of department stores before them.”

“Traveled to this location to pick up 2 items my local store didn't have in stock. I called and spoke with Michelle to verify the items were there and she went to the floor to confirm they were. When I arrived my items were waiting on me. Customer Service was great starting with Michelle. It started raining and Chris walked my mom out with an Umbrella and Michelle had her team wrap my items to avoid getting wet. I didn't get my cashier’s name but she was also awsome along with one of the managers who assisted her. Customer Service was awsome and I don't mind driving back to get that type of service! Thanks team.”
