This gym has a lot to offer, but fair warning if you are joining a gym for workout classes, you might want to consider other options. The class schedule is too inconsistent to build a regular workout routine, and this location really struggles notifying guests when classes are cancelled or changed. On 3 separate occasions, my class was changed last minute with no notification prior to arrival. After the 3rd time, I decided to say something. 2 employees were very sweet, but the manager Lo came off a bit condescending and didn’t offer any solutions other than suggesting I leave a review.

Excellent gym with so much to do.

Natalie at Life Spa is a true star! Despite it being a Sunday night (when they're typically closed), she graciously squeezed me in for a bang trim. Her expertise and personable nature made the experience delightful. The revamped layout adds a touch of elegance, and Cooper's attention to detail with product displays and promotions is commendable. Natalie and the Life Spa team are definitely top-notch!

The people at the cafeteria are extremely rude they won’t even let you use the microwave to heat up some food

I definitely do not recommend this gym in the slightest. This gym is not family-friendly, and the staff (group fitness department and management specifically) is not helpful at all, too much drama between instructors and the club's own members. Staff ridicules its members, management does nothing despite receiving many complaints, this club is a disgrace. No ownership of the problems THEY create.

Other than the fact this gym is very spacious, very clean, has a lot of equipment, professional staff/trainers available for assistance and everlasting opportunities to get yourself busy + physically built... there are problems that I would like to point out. Maybe it's also the reason why a very luxurious fitness club only gets 3.8 stars. There are members at this gym who are very ill-mannered. More specifically, racism and discrimination exists between the members and the staff denies it.I've been chewed out, cussed out, and even nearly knocked over by no more than ten members while using this facility. Out of many encounters there were few cases when I nearly dropped weights onto my foot, had to divert my lifts oddly enough to either pull a muscle, or simply to drop the weight onto my entire body. All because of not more than a dozen crazy members with their "different motives/goals" at this gym. After reporting these incidents to the gym staff and management, all I've received was "we'll get back to you" + "we do not tolerate that type of behavior and will act accordingly" and.. nothing for almost six months. No callbacks, no voicemails, no emails, nothing. Obviously.. they DO accept it and these specific members not only never stopped, but a few of them decided to bring some friends over to add on the pressure. For nearly six months, it feels as if I paid my membership just to get harassed & gang-stalked while working out. It's time to call it done.So to all you new members looking into LifeTime, beware, and if the staff or anyone denies it, well... they might've temporarily fixed it by playing <smart>, but those old habits will never extinguish.

Large portion of the barbells are bent and have not been replaced for months. Majority of the treadmills have minor things wrong with them for months (touch screen not working, heart rate monitors broken and giving false heart rate warnings, buttons to adjust not working, etc). Overall good gym but seems like they struggle to maintain the equipment because of the amount of machines.

Yesterday I accidentally showed up to the gym in a pair of sandals. I had a scheduled workout and wasn’t able to run home, so Ruthie lent me her shoes. It was such an act of kindness and above her job duty. Thank you so much for caring for your members!

Visiting my friend’s dad in Flower Mound I got to use the pool, sauna etc. We stopped for smoothies in the cafe and got to meet Cordell - my favorite part of the visit! I fly back to LA tonight and he was a breath of fresh air as he asked how our smoothies were. Southern charm at its finest! Whenever I visit next I will be back!

My name is Quintin BenefieldI completed a multiple job applications for Lifetime Flower Mound. After I completed the job applications I tried to get into contact with one of the managers at the location. After going in person multiple times and calling multiple times and providing them with my information multiple times, they never let me speak with the manager. They said he was ethier busy or would reach out but that never happened, his name was Seth I believe.

Best gym in the land. It's expensive but the two hour break from the baby is worth every penny.

Cool gym. Too bad the corporate arm of this awful business is of the devil. It is impossible to cancel your membership without going in. They'll say you have to email thirty days ahead of time (so even if they actually cancelled it they get another month) but my emails went unaddressed until, after losing quite a bit of money on a gym membership I didn't use once, I actually had to go in. To be clear, you need to go to the location you are subscribed at. I was no longer living there. For anyone else going through this, try transferring your membership and THEN cancelling it. Oh and at this particular location there are tons of steroids floating around.
