The men's dressing room and locker rooms are always kept clean, and the cafe is great, with quality food that is worth the price. Equipment is easy to navigate, making workouts smooth and enjoyable. The staff, including managers and membership concierges, are dedicated and helpful, with some members noting that certain team members, like Jason, Seth, Jonathan in operations, and Pam Williams, provide excellent service. Despite some concerns about equipment maintenance and parking lot security, the club remains a highly recommended place with many amenities and attentive staff to serve members well.

What a special place. All the employees are so professional and friendly. They are helpful and so upbeat. The place is stunningly clean. Loads of classes all day long. Trainers and instructors are awesome.
