“I rarely leave reviews but Robin at this location is a rockstar and was able to get 4 different packages quickly handled for me to 4 different parts of the country. I was in a time crunch in getting out birthday presents, and so nice to have someone flawlessly handle so I could take a deep breathe and relax. She is very customer centric and knows her stuff, they are very lucky to have her!”

“1st went to the Denton loop 288 store, both of the girls at the counter were incredibly rude, I left w/o being helped because I do not tolerate b.s. went to the Highland Village store and Michelle was so incredibly accommodating. I always go to this location and never any issues. DO NOT use the Denton Texas UPS store offnof loop 288, the workers are very young, immature and disrespectful. Fix it UPS.”

“I see some the recent negative reviews and I have to state the opposite. I became a customer while the previous owners were in place. While some say they were kind, those owners left me hanging for weeks, phone calls were never answered & I had no way to get my mail…then suddenly, they shut down with no offer of support at all. I was more than upset to say the least. The new owners may not have the personality type some people prefer, but I would rather have someone who handles business and is responsible with my mail that I am entrusting them with safekeeping than someone “nice” who doesn’t care about me having access to documents that I need. I am grateful for the efficiency I have experienced with the new team and look forward to continuing my service with this store.”
