“I've been here 100 times over the psat 5 years. They ALWAYS greet you when you arrive and are ALWAYS fast, friendly and accurate. I have rarely had to wait longer than a minute. I don't understand why they don't have a 5-star rating. In my opinion, they should.”

“I see some the recent negative reviews and I have to state the opposite. I became a customer while the previous owners were in place. While some say they were kind, those owners left me hanging for weeks, phone calls were never answered & I had no way to get my mail…then suddenly, they shut down with no offer of support at all. I was more than upset to say the least. The new owners may not have the personality type some people prefer, but I would rather have someone who handles business and is responsible with my mail that I am entrusting them with safekeeping than someone “nice” who doesn’t care about me having access to documents that I need. I am grateful for the efficiency I have experienced with the new team and look forward to continuing my service with this store.”

“Probably a great place to do business but it would be appreciated if the accurate holiday hours were reflected. I just made a 15 minute drive out in the rain as it stated Christmas Eve hours open until 4:30 only to arrive and see it’s closed. The notice on the door states they’re closed Christmas Day, but doesn’t mention Christmas Eve so it’s a bit confusing.”

He actually took the time with me to print a new one out. Im so appreciative of his assistance. He was kind and considerate and patient. A rarity today.”

They get busy sometimes, like everywhere else these days. Be patient, and you will be treated with due respect and kindness. If you leave a bad review here, I imagine you are the problem. “Snuck in five minutes until closing for that my husband’s Amazon returns. Unfortunately, He told me they were QR code, scan items, but they actually needed to be packaged At home. After realizing the mistake, I had planned on coming back the next day (after I went home and packages properly).
But the two wonderful men gladly said they would package and seal it for me. That’s above and beyond customer service that I was not expecting!! And as I was leaving, he said, “have a blessed day.” I sat in the parking lot writing this review. That’s how much I appreciated them..

“I honestly don't understand all of the negative reviews. This post office is the best I've ever been to. Yes it may be small and sometimes only have one worker, but it's a small town that it is in. They are always so kind to everyone that comes in and are very helpful and willing to answer questions. I've lived a lot of places all over the country and this is by far my favorite post office I've used. I will take slow service with kind caring workers over fast service with people who are miserable and rude any day!!”
