“I've been a customer for at least 10+ years as I rent a mailbox. Rick and his whole team are so friendly and always respectful to me and my husband and always greet us by our names. They are super helpful and help load my car with packages if I get a lot. I recently ordered three signs for my antique mall booths and ordered 500 business cards. Rick, Tex, and William, specifically, helped me and figure out the size I wanted and the type of medium to use for my purpose! They came out fantastic and I am extremely please so I can brand my business and be cohesive with my brand. I loved it and loved the attention to detail the whole team always provides to us! Kenneth not only carried in the parts of an item that I needed to return, but didn't have a box, but he let me know where to purchase a box large enough for the item. They then boxed the item and held it for me overnight so that I could get the return label. I highly recommend this UPS store,”

“I see some the recent negative reviews and I have to state the opposite. I became a customer while the previous owners were in place. While some say they were kind, those owners left me hanging for weeks, phone calls were never answered & I had no way to get my mail…then suddenly, they shut down with no offer of support at all. I was more than upset to say the least. The new owners may not have the personality type some people prefer, but I would rather have someone who handles business and is responsible with my mail that I am entrusting them with safekeeping than someone “nice” who doesn’t care about me having access to documents that I need. I am grateful for the efficiency I have experienced with the new team and look forward to continuing my service with this store.”

“I’ve been going to this UPS Store for years, and the ladies who work there are always so friendly, helpful, and kind! I use them for everything from Amazon drop-offs and shipping to printing, and they always make things easy.
Even when I forget to print a label, they’re happy to print it for a small fee—which is well worth it these days compared to driving home and back! I truly appreciate their great customer service and always feel welcomed. Highly recommend!”
“Probably a great place to do business but it would be appreciated if the accurate holiday hours were reflected. I just made a 15 minute drive out in the rain as it stated Christmas Eve hours open until 4:30 only to arrive and see it’s closed. The notice on the door states they’re closed Christmas Day, but doesn’t mention Christmas Eve so it’s a bit confusing.”

“I honestly don't understand all of the negative reviews. This post office is the best I've ever been to. Yes it may be small and sometimes only have one worker, but it's a small town that it is in. They are always so kind to everyone that comes in and are very helpful and willing to answer questions. I've lived a lot of places all over the country and this is by far my favorite post office I've used. I will take slow service with kind caring workers over fast service with people who are miserable and rude any day!!”
“Snuck in five minutes until closing for that my husband’s Amazon returns. Unfortunately, He told me they were QR code, scan items, but they actually needed to be packaged At home. After realizing the mistake, I had planned on coming back the next day (after I went home and packages properly).
But the two wonderful men gladly said they would package and seal it for me. That’s above and beyond customer service that I was not expecting!! And as I was leaving, he said, “have a blessed day.” I sat in the parking lot writing this review. That’s how much I appreciated them..
