Unknown to us, my wife’s plan has insurance and the associate, Naomi, was incredibly helpful in alerting us and letting us use her tablet to process the claim. She was very personable and saved us a ton of money. She even walked us to the door when we left the location. I highly recommend this l AT&T store, and Naomi.”

“My phones screen was cracked and dark.the back of the phone was also damaged. I think the girl in front name was brandy and mo was working in back. she said they were a little backed up. I got there around 10:30 and she said it might take till 4:30 . I was notified at 1: 15 the phone was read. Thank you both for getting it fixed so fast and it looks better than when it was new .”

“I visited this store yesterday and had the pleasure of being assisted by Poe, an outstanding representative of AT&T. I has having issues with my phone which he quickly diagnosed and resolved. In addition, he pointed out to my wife and I that we were eligible (due to age) to a feature that we were not aware of. He patiently explained how it worked and assuaged our concerns. Ultimately we did avail ourselves of this opportunity which we were very grateful. Lastly, we both had damaged screens and, after his quick research, found that we had screen protection. He ordered replacements which will be delivered to our residence and we will be able to make an appointment with him upon receipt to have them installed. Lastly, I use a walker and he even accompanied us to our parking space and assisted me in placing it in our vehicle. Unbelievable service!!”
