“Giving 5 stars to this location specifically for the rep Karl! Came in with an issue with 3 iPhones and he resolved it like a champ! He’s got great sales skills and succeeded in making me as a customer feel at ease. He went out of his way, took unconventional means to resolve other issues I had without asking. It was disappointing to hear another representative “correct” him publicly because he didn’t follow “a standard,” and was also unkind in her remarks towards him. What’s more important is to highlight how much value he brought to a customer and back to AT&T by upselling me. Thanks again, Karl, for an outstanding customer experience. You deserve the recognition!!”

“I came to this Target on 3 separate occasions looking for the grilled mozzarella cheese and Auntie Anne Pretzels dogs. Both have been hard to get here. I was discouraged and shy if not coming back. . A young employee named Javier was amazingly helpful. He took the time to first listen to my concerns( none of course directed at him) . Afterwards, he went into action. He scanned every bar code near the cheese products I requested. To both our dismay , we could not locate anymore. He moved onto helping me find pretzel dogs checking the inventory on his scanner. He realized that there maybe a box in back that had not been unloaded. He asked for my patience and went to the back to search for it. A few minutes later he came back ( freezing) but with the pretzel dogs that were in the very back of the delivery. I was so happy but more than anything so appreciative of this young man's customer service. His attitude was so positive! He went above and beyond. He didn't make any excuses but truly tried to help me. I hope this young man is up for a raise because he deserves it. He's the employee that you want your customers to interact with. Thank you Javier for helping me keep the faith in Target customer service once again.”

“They open the door exactly at 0500, door 20, the receiving office man was very polite and assigned me a dock door instantly, as soon as I backed onto my door, they immediately started to unload me, I was done in less than 45 minutes! They’ve improved their service since the last reviews. Overnight parking is very limited!”
