The car now looks more new than when I purchased it. Simon was the person that gave me updates and checked on the progress. The insurance company obtained a car for me to drive. They will tell you what they see but also are honest about if it's needed right then or if you can wait. All these guys have been great to work with and they're so nice. I asked for a quote on a catalytic converter for my 2010 Mazada Tribute and he gave me a quote but informed me of another place that would do it cheaper after finding out my current financial situation. He knew he wouldn't get my business but still was willing on helping his customer. “Amazing! Needed a new battery. Had come from another "Big box retailer" (that should likely get out of the car car business) and after a 45 minute wait, they determined they did not know how to get the battery out. After me showing them how to connect jumper cable leave, I made my way to Kwik Kar near my home. They were packed, but it was an amazing controlled chaos. No panic by anyone there. Went inside and was immediately greeting, said I needed a battery & was asked which car was mine. He proceeded to pull my car in a Bay, verify the battery was dead in just a few minutes and gave me a price. He replaced the battery without any hesitation or help and I was checking out 10 minutes later. Again, amazing. Will be my go to place for car care for now on.”
