The staff always welcome us in with smiling faces, and get us right in to a clean tub/station super quickly. They accommodate me so I’m able to clean both of my dogs in the same tub. They provide soap, brushes, towels, ear cleaning solution, etc. Staff also comes by to cut my dog’s nails and has even helped my larger dog become more comfortable with the nail cutting experience. As antisocial as these two cats are, that says something to me about the place. Apparently, they see the same kindness and devotion there that I do. Couldn’t imagine going anywhere else.

I actually found them when I was calling around looking for a place to donate things after losing our dog and out of 6 local clinics, this was the only one that answered with compassion, sympathy, and let me know what they could take for donation or where I could take things. They had my business immediately when we adopted a cat almost 6 months later, and they've held that friendliness with every visit.

2601 Cross Timbers Rd, Flower MoundMy 23 year old cat came down blind suddenly, they were very caring, helpful, and worked around his extreme dislike of all things medical to find the cause of his issue and get a treatment plan that is working very well without stressing him out too badly. A couple of weeks later he had to go to an emergency vet for a separate issue, and Cross Timbers are working hand in hand with that vet to transfer his treatment over and get him the help and care that he needs. Fantastic experience with them, I highly recommend their services.

Everyone was welcoming, compassionate, and quick to help. Miranda even walked my mom out to her car, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The entire staff made this the best veterinary experience we've had.

It did cost more than an entire bottle would have cost, but this is always typical at wine bars. I did feel like the wine was served a little too chilled, but after letting it sit for a little bit the taste was better. I also feel for a wine bar they need to have a more extensive wine list. They should possibly work with some Texas wineries to really expand their list of wines. All in all, it was an enjoyable experience. I liked the decor and the service was friendly.
