The staff always welcome us in with smiling faces, and get us right in to a clean tub/station super quickly. They accommodate me so I’m able to clean both of my dogs in the same tub. They provide soap, brushes, towels, ear cleaning solution, etc. Staff also comes by to cut my dog’s nails and has even helped my larger dog become more comfortable with the nail cutting experience. As antisocial as these two cats are, that says something to me about the place. Apparently, they see the same kindness and devotion there that I do. Couldn’t imagine going anywhere else.

1900 S Garden Ridge Blvd, Flower MoundCalamity and Weston just had their annual check-ups, and once again Dr. Eubank and the whole team were absolutely wonderful. They treat my kitties with so much patience, kindness, and genuine care—you can tell they truly love what they do.
Calamity felt like the princess she believes she is, and Weston (my little food-motivated shadow) was completely at ease. Everything was explained clearly, the visit was thorough, and I left feeling confident my babies are in the best hands.
I recommend this clinic 10 out of 10 and am so grateful for the amazing care they provide. ?❤️

Cross Timbers Animal Medical Center
2601 Cross Timbers Rd, Flower MoundMy 23 year old cat came down blind suddenly, they were very caring, helpful, and worked around his extreme dislike of all things medical to find the cause of his issue and get a treatment plan that is working very well without stressing him out too badly. A couple of weeks later he had to go to an emergency vet for a separate issue, and Cross Timbers are working hand in hand with that vet to transfer his treatment over and get him the help and care that he needs. Fantastic experience with them, I highly recommend their services.

3905 Long Prairie Rd, Flower MoundWe had to bring in our sweet Dexter for an emergency splenectomy due to a ruptured mass. It was such a traumatic day, but everyone from the front desk staff to the vet techs to our surgeon were incredibly kind, patient and helpful. Throughout surgery and the recovery process they were honest and informative, and let us know that we could call or come in any time to check on our boy. I think we interacted with just about everyone on the team over those few days and that level of care was consistent across the board. I'm endlessly grateful to them for saving Dex and for taking such incredible care of him while he recovered. He's back to playing and enjoying life and it wouldn't be possible without these incredible professionals. Thank you!!! <3

The pork was my favorite but the other two were also very good. The start was the jicama slaw on the Cabo fish taco! Will be be back!

A striking balance between fluffiness, thickness, airiness, and of course, creaminess, is hard to come by in Texas! I visited Japan and fell in love with their pastries, but could not find them here at home. This place is the solution!
