300 W Ryan Rd, Hickory CreekWe have the BEST puppy! But she is so cute and adorable that somehow someone let her think she could get away with anything. (Okay, it may have been me!) We did in-home training with Jon Van Dyke, and after one session we saw a positive change. After a few more sessions, she is remarkably improved. We are so thankful for the help we have received from Jon and Quinntastic.

1035 Hickory Creek Blvd, Hickory CreekI was born in Indiana. When I was around 4 or 5 my Dad and used to take me to a Mr. Gattis in our small town. The memories I had were great. It reminds me of when everything was simpler and when I knew less. We recently moved to Denton. I wanted to go to a different Walmart because the one in Denton gets packed and sketchy in the evenings. As I was walking in, the bright Mr. Gatti's sign was right in front of me. I was enthralled. I immediately sent a picture to my Dad, and called my wife. My wife also went when she was a kid, and I had no idea. I forgot I even had memories of the place. We planned to go with both of our kids the following Sunday. Sunday finally came, we loaded the kids up, and we went. The space was small, but the memories are what mattered. There were now 3 generations in our family that had been, and I was proud of that. The pizza finally came. The staff were so kind and knew it meant a lot to us. Then I took the first bite.
The scene where the critic takes his first bite in Ratatouille; That was me and my wife in that moment.
We were smiling ear to ear.
As I was sitting there I realized, places like Mr. Gattis are what remind us of the little joys in life.
We are so thankful for Mr. Gattis.
