Customer Service was very helpful when my debit card was denied due to the amount - I was not aware of a pre-determined set limit for debit card transactions. She was very nice, professional and took the necessary action to assist me so the transaction could be completed.

Website is not good at all. Employees are nice people, everything about the company seems underdeveloped.
