“Our old reliable 2000 Ford Expedition finally decided to have a problem and after consulting a couple of local friends we ended up having her towed to Lorentz in Lewisville....They replaced the serpentine belt and turned her up...They also fixed a couple of minor things we had put on the back burner...Everyone was so gosh darn nice and SO knowledgeable...Kept us informed and we were in and out !!!!....Fairly priced...We will be back and tell others about our experience for sure !!!!!......Charlie and Debbie”
“The towing experience itself was great, my only complaint is that I called and scheduled a pickup and was told I would have a driver within an hour and a half, however it took ~3 hours from the call.”
“I had them look at my Jeep on 08/06/2024 because a different mechanic told me there were issues with my engine and the only solution was to buy expensive replacement parts. But, when Jeremy called, he said they drove and inspected it and didn't find find anything wrong. I'm not a mechanic, so it would have been easy for him to tell me I needed unnecessary work so they could make money off me, but they were honest instead. I offered to pay for their time, and he even refused that. Their website says they believe in honesty, integrity, and professionalism and they proved that to me.”

“Good service and really quick! They said they were going to be here in 15 minutes but did not even take 10 minutes, price is on the higher end ($120 for 4 miles) from where the car was at to the destination but I do get they have to charge a minimum but you get what you pay for!”

“This was the best experience. I got into a minor accident and jumped a curb blew out tire and rim trying to avoid a collision. Kia sent them via roadside assistant. The driver was amazing, very professional, and patient with me. No stress at all. Thank you for all of your help!!”
