“We want to thank our technician Wasim. He called me immediately after I scheduled with AAA, and arrived at our location very promptly. At first we thought it's just a jump start issue. He found out that the previous battery was a wrong battery installed years before by other AAA technician at that time(sigh to that). He replaced with a brand new one for us within the AAA warranty. He went above and beyond. After he quickly installed the battery he sprayed the anti corrosion and also give the new battery a test. My husband and I truly appreciated his help.”

“I had a fantastic experience with Central Auto - HONEST, good people and high quality work. Anthony and Jeremy both did an excellent job with repairs on my 2021 Bronco and were both upfront and honest with which specific dents were and were not in scope of our contract (even inviting me into the shop to review myself while repairs were underway) since aluminum is more difficult to repair than steel. The paint matching was done perfectly, and I believe pricing for the work completed was fair. 10/10 recommend this shop!!Services: Painting”

“Initially they were there to help someone else but he noticed I was also on the side of the road and came to check up on me and let me know my tire was blown out. He handed me his business card which would be so useful since my insurance roadside assistance was being difficult. I called them, told them my location and where I wanted it to be dropped off and they got to it immediately. They did such a great job and without them my afternoon could’ve been so much more worse. “Car stalled in the middle of an intersection. Called Amir at Alpha and he stated it could take between 30-45 minutes to get to my location. He showed up in under 30 minutes and was very proficient at clearing traffic and getting my car loaded. He took great care an ensuring I got into the truck safely and even pointed out what I could do next time I need a tow to save money. One of the best experiences I have had with a tow. Amir put me at ease. Will certainly call them again if I ever need to.”
