“Initially they were there to help someone else but he noticed I was also on the side of the road and came to check up on me and let me know my tire was blown out. He handed me his business card which would be so useful since my insurance roadside assistance was being difficult. I called them, told them my location and where I wanted it to be dropped off and they got to it immediately. They did such a great job and without them my afternoon could’ve been so much more worse. “Came to the shop because I needed to replace a grill on my 2025 Cadillac Lyriq. I brought my own replacement part (OEM) and they were very flexible with both prices and timeline. They didn’t waste my time trying to upsell me on anything and loved how straightforward they were. They had no problems with any of the sensors or the EV components. Enrique was really good about texting me pictures and updates.
