They have changed cut off time for Express Mail again with no notice!
Was 5:00 now its 4:00 and there are no signs or norifications anywhere!

I will only speak from my personal experience. USPS Flower Mound has been very helpful with my packages being lost or delivered to another residence. They follow up promptly and I appreciate our delivery person. Our packages are delivered to our doorstep with proper care when the weather is horrible. When I visit the post office, lines can be long but the employees are pleasantly nice. I haven't had anyone rude to me or I haven't experienced it. (and I would send out a lot of packages). They work very hard with insufficient staff and just wanted to say we appreciate you.

We moved to a new apartment over 7 months ago. Before moving, I took the necessary steps to forward mail to the new address - which I did have to pay a small fee for. This week, we were informed that our mailman 'did not receive the notification' of our address change (7 MONTHS AGO) and has not been forwarding our mail to our new address. We noticed because a package I was expecting was missing. It was delivered to the old address' parcel locker. We cannot get it back. We also got married earlier this year, and have no idea what else we could have missed. I now have to go through the process of submitting a claim with USPS - we will see how long that takes - and have to wonder about everything else we have missed over the last 7 months!
Incredibly disappointed in the services of this post office.

If you advertise opening at 8:30am then open at 8:30am rather than waiting until customers have to ring a bell. Unacceptable

PURPLE/PINK HAIR LADY!!! She's constantly screaming and picking fights with everyone who walks in. She acts like she owns the place. We pay her salary, and yet she has the nerve to behave like this. They need to fire her immediately and clean house with the rest of the staff too. Just look at the reviews here. It's high time USPS overhauls this location. USPS should be privatized so we can get rid of these worthless rusts who are dragging the place down.

I had made an appointment to renew my passport and take my photo. I arrived at the post office and saw a sign on the door to the passport office that their photo machine was down. As most of the other comments state, an Asian woman with purple hair waited on me and was very rude and impatient. She told me not to talk and to listen to her. Her tone was demeaning and unprofessional. She said to go get picture taken and to come back. I went to Walgreens and the person there said that the machine is not broken that they just don’t want to deal with it. Whether that is true or not, they need to fix it or update their website to advise photo equipment not available. Therefore, can make other arrangements, and not waste anyone’s time. I would have given it a 1 star based on my experience with this lady, but Mr. Micah assisted me when I came back and he was a breath of fresh air. He was courteous, professional and even smiled. I recommend that you give Mr. Micah a big promotion and raise, and have a sit down talk with the other lady. No excuse for treating people rudely. I have been a citizen of Flower Mound for 24 years.

I just came out, the system went down and the purple haired older lady inside was working in the passport area. When I arrived she was arguing inside with a customer, another customer came in and I was outside looking for the application at the counter, I took a photo of the number to call and this woman started yelling at me, she got up from her chair making feints with her hands from inside I couldn't take photos! YOU needs to take necessary action with this rude and aggressive staff who does not deserve that customer service position.

I just saw the reviews after adding my and I see the atrocities that happen here with the staff and it seems incredible that the ADMINISTRATION does not take the necessary action, for my part I will provide the required follow-up. Animals belong to their habitat, not to customer service.

The lady that helped me, the asian lady, had absolutely no customer service skills. Was rude. Have a heart to want to help people and be pleasant. Isn’t that what your job is about?

Firstly I want to thank a lady of color who I couldn’t get the name of, she had curly hair and had an amazing customer service. On the other hand my second experience the following day was awful. A different south Asian lady helped me and my family, and was extremely rude. Not only towards me and mg my wife, but my 15 year old too. She was only helping with a passport. She made us wait after assigning an appointment time herself, and we were there early and it was not busy at all. She made my family and I feel like we were wasting her time, than she said we had to wait till she was able to assist us. The whole time we saw no rush, and it didn’t seem like she had many other duties. Lastly to management I believe you shouldn’t have this worker if she lacks basic customer service skills. Will not be returning to this location.

Had the worst experience here today. Hua at the front counter should attend further training and learn people skills. It is apparent she doesn't like her job. Please Hua do not take it out on the customers.

Good luck showing up to your appointment for your passport. The passport person may or may not show up that day, or they might come strolling in 40 minutes after your appointment time. Oh and if you expect to get your picture taken there, don't even bother.....their "camera isn't working" (according to CVS hasn't been working for the last 5 years) so go ahead and get your picutre taken somewhere else before your appointment....May the odds be ever in your favor.
