They offer a literacy program during the summer which keeps children on track going into the new school year. During the summer season, their hours are Mon-Fri 7am-6pm. They offer 3 meals a day plus snacks. School work, gym and crafts. My children LOVE IT ❤ Thank you UCC!”
“The Saint Vincent de Paul Church is very traditional and the Mass is held much as it was when I was a child in the early 60's. The Chapel was quiet with many people kneeling and praying when I walked in for my first Catholic Mass in over 60 years. All of the sermons were straight from Bible Scriptures and the music was one piano and lead singer leading traditional Catholic Hymm's. I'm glad that I found a home at Saint Vincent de Paul Catholic Church.”

“We attended 5 PM Saturday night mass in December 2025. This large church is very beautiful and mass was well attended (until communion when suddenly lots of people departed early…sort of like Judas, leaving the Lords supper before it was over. The daily mass chapel doubled as a cry room to the main church with very clever seats with setbacks that were movable to make the chapel doubly accessible. The statuary is beautiful- with it looking brand new! I was surprised to see that the present church building is 10 years old. It is really in beautiful shape reflecting good care.
History: The history of St. Jude as a Catholic Church and a place to worship can be traced back to 1898. The present name of St. Jude Catholic Church coincided with the construction of the third church, with seating for 300, was completed in 1971. Also in the 1970s, a new rectory and parish hall was completed. A religious education center was added in 1984. The Texas Historical Commission erected a State Historical Marker at the parish in 1998, commemorating the church’s intriguing history.”
“I was recently homeless when I was invited to go to a 2 day job with a pastor and his new helper on Wichit Falls. Since then I stayed close to the church and worked on quite a few of the churches flock if you will. Well since them I have attended church here for a good amount of time and I have to say that The Pastor Kenneth Williams is quite an amazing man he and his kind hearted wife.He always has a smile on his face and A word of wisdom on a regular schedule. “Very nice Blessed Sacrament Room where you can feel the peaceful atmosphere that is conducive to meditation. My only suggestion is to hide the bright lights of the candelabra which are not aimed to light the tabernacle but only serve to hurt the eyes of those in attendance”
