“My visit was 5-11-2025 Mothers Day/Sunday and this 5 star review is brought to you bcz of BRENT (I hope I remembered his name right! ?♀️). Customer Service is pretty much non-existent anywhere u go these days, but I was pleasantly surprised when I came into the store- was promptly greeted, the dude asked if he cud help me, I only explained ONCE, was checked out and happy all in about 10 minutes. It was a MIRACLE right there on Wilshire Blvd. I had purchased a really cute lamp fir my mom on Temu. It came without a bulb and almost zero info on the kind I needed to get! BRENT understood and brought some over that he even TESTED for me (I had brought the lamp base into the store) made sure they fit- it was an awesome experience that I wish I cud get everywhere else I go. Sounds like I'm exaggerating but u have NO idea how my day to day interactions with employees at other establishments have changed from rude to repulsive over the last few years. Batteries Plus- please appreciate this man & ur employees who do good CS- I have missed being treated like a human for so long now. Thanks Brent for making the experience @ ur store 5 STARS. ✌️”

“One day last week our 85" Samsung TV just turned off and stopped working. I called A-AAA asking what to do because I didn't know how I would even transport this behemoth to a repair shop, Mark said not to worry and that he would be by our house the next day. He showed up on time, expertly diagnosed the issue, gave me a quote and a timeframe when it would be done. The quote was exactly what I paid, the timeframe was exactly as we discussed, and he even helped me hang it back up and level it. The TV works just like it did and all it all it cost 1/9 of what it would have cost to replace it.Mark is super nice and I wouldn't hesitate to call him for anything TV or audio in the future. Thank you so much again!”

“I had to replace the entire key fob for my 2011 GMC Terrain SLT. The old one wouldn't unlock the doors and the auto start didn't work. The 1st location we went to said they had to place an order for someone to come program the fob. I went back and their machine for cutting keys was down. I went to another location and not only did he duplicate my car key, but programmed the fob right then and there. And the price? $129.00. The dealership would have been three times that amount. Highly recommend Batteries+”

“The LED lights went out on our big screen tv (70" flat screen). We could hear it but there was no picture. As you know... Football season is approaching and we couldn't afford to just run out and get another TV this size. But Simpson's was able to diagnose/repair it for way less and we paid $50 down and the rest at pick up. It took them a week because they had to order the specific lights for our TV. But now... It's good as new. Highly recommend!”
