“One day last week our 85" Samsung TV just turned off and stopped working. I called A-AAA asking what to do because I didn't know how I would even transport this behemoth to a repair shop, Mark said not to worry and that he would be by our house the next day. He showed up on time, expertly diagnosed the issue, gave me a quote and a timeframe when it would be done. The quote was exactly what I paid, the timeframe was exactly as we discussed, and he even helped me hang it back up and level it. The TV works just like it did and all it all it cost 1/9 of what it would have cost to replace it.Mark is super nice and I wouldn't hesitate to call him for anything TV or audio in the future.
