“I could not do a yelp review fast enough for these great people. On a Friday i called every shop in dallas and no shop cld get my rim fixed until Monday . I desperately needed to work over the weekend and had to have my car to do so . Not only did they fix the room in one hour BUT the rate was much cheaper than other quotes. On top of that o was expecting to have to go to discount tire to get a new tire. They informed me my tire was fine and they even put it on for me . The man in the shop didn't have to go the extra mile .. this Texas heat we were all sweating BUT he did it because it was the right thing to do . “I would like to give a HUGE shout out and THANK YOU to Assistant Manager, Rocky James! He was a God-send to me a couple of weeks ago! I had a flat tire, had just dropped my Son-in-Law off at work and was looking for a Quick Trip to air my tire up, but, instead, I literally ended up getting no further than this Discount Tire. I went in explained my situation to Rocky, told him I only had about $40 on me, and he made a miracle happen; he said that he could help me!! I couldn't believe it! He told me it would probably be close to a two hour wait because they were very busy and I told him that was fine. The next thing I know, I'm being told that my car was almost ready?!! I think it took them around 30 minutes (give or take) and it was ready! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!!!
