“The staff at neighborhood credit union is so kind and helpful! Whether its in-person or online, I leave every interaction with a smile on my face. The Forney staff is so welcoming I forgot I was at the bank. I called into member services with follow-up questions. Liz was extremly patient and knowledgeable! She answered my millions of questions with ease and stayed on the phone with me while I set up my account, my app, and zelle. She was warm, kind, and positive througout the entire interaction. I don't think I'll ever go back to a big bank.”
