“I have just started using Truist after they bought out my mortgage, then I opened a checking account. I had to do some business in person and chose this branch to go into. The initial teller was very nice, and then I met Mrs. Buster and she was extremely helpful and very sweet. She was able to guide me through what we needed to do to move forward with my business and we followed up the next day with great satisfaction. I will definitely be using this branch as needed for future business.”
“The Branch Manager, Sam Hendricks is awesome ! I've been very pleased with all the Customer Relations individuals. Always friendly to our family , whether inside or out. The ATMS outside seem to be sometimes be NOT WORKING FULLY. But I believe they are outsourced so hmmm.................. maybe they need an upgrade. I have always been given good service here and that included mortgage loans and car loans. They are managing our retirement and so far we are happy ! .”

When I went in, I was called immediately to get this done. The young lady, (I forgot her name) was really friendly and helpful. I got the check cashed, and BOOM!! “I moved to Mesquite Texas in December 2021 and opened a new account at Wells Fargo bank at that time. However, my main banking was done with Capital One.Not pleased with the service from Capitol One I moved approximately $18,000 into a savings account with Wells Fargo.Yesterday I went to your Town East location and was warmly greeted by Jessica who assisted me with a direct deposit form. It was my decision to move my direct deposit from Capital One to Wells Fargo. Jessica has often served me and has always been very pleasant. She has a great sense of humor, always smiles, and makes me feel like I’ve been a customer for 20 years.
