Had to cancel a non-refundable trip through Expedia, but with reasonable 2 weeks notice. When calling up the hotel, I spoke with Joseph. He was a great help in both understanding my situation as well as navigating through the processes necessary in order to obtain a full refund for this. Excellent service.

Weird to get to location, staff friendly and breakfast was great, rooms need some maintenance (dresser drawers not closing, damaged tv), cleaning staff need to be a bit more thorough (trojan wrapper left in a drawer).

Absolutely love staying here, staff is so friendly, polite and kind. Rooms are very nice and always clean. If you want a nice and pleasent stay outside of the city this is your place to go.
