The Best Western Plus Rockwall Inn & Suites is a nice hotel that is newly renovated and looks beautiful inside and out. It is located along I-30, making it very convenient and accessible to the main highway to Dallas. It is only 0.7 mile from a major shopping district with all kinds of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The rooms are decent and comfortable, with quality beds and great AC. Some rooms feature a Jacuzzi. While generally clean, some minor issues were noted, such as a small elevator, occasional room odors, or a shower that makes noise. The free breakfast is pretty darn good with basic stuff, including waffles in the shape of Texas, though some find it scanty. The staff is consistently described as awesome, very polite, friendly, warm, welcoming, and very helpful. They accommodate needs and make guests feel welcomed. Overall, it provides a good stay with great value and convenience.
The cafeteria was clean, well-organized, and had a great variety of options. The staff were friendly, professional, and always helpful. Andres at the front desk was especially welcoming and attentive, making the experience even better.

Fernando treated us wonderfully. Couldn’t ask for better service and truly enjoyed conversing with him while getting a room. The hotel is beautiful and spotless. The carpets are so cool. Feels like Vegas but you get to keep your money. lol if I could give 10 stars I would.
