Rooms spacious, two showers one was not working, and the designer of the shower made water to be all over the floor after a shower. Internet was not working in room when I made a request, answer was nothing can be done. Great and amazing breakfast, staff very respectful

There was a bunch of kids. Maybe family members in different rooms. They were very loud in the hallways

Easy freeway access. đThe room was very clean, and breakfast was great. The bathroom towels looked like a cruise ship, so it was a cute detail and pet friendly. Excellent staff & safe location for travelers. Highly recommended đ

Emma at the front desk was amazing and hilarious. She and the staff were very customer service driven. We had a great stay at BWI and S. Thanks Emma because you and all the staff were a blessing.

Just coming from an awful hotel the previous night, this one was like a dream. Checked in super late and the front desk guy was friendly and got us in quickly. The room/bathroom was clean, comfortable and felt very safe here. We all slept well. Breakfast was very good. Hot items - scrambled eggs, ground chorizo and home fries and a waffle maker. There were bagels, English muffins, toast, and muffins. Fresh fruit, juice bar, instant oatmeal and yogurts. Cereal bar. There is a coffee machine that will make various types like americana, latte, cappuccino, etc.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. We did have problems with noisy people late at night. The shower water pressure was great. The air conditioner we making noise that was keeping me up at night. I'm general they aren't doing a great job with maintaining the property. The location was good but a little tricky to get into and out of. Would probably stay here again.

Spacious Room bedroom with privacy door. I had booked reservations at different times meaning we would've had to change rooms. But the clerk was very accommodating without having to change rooms. Breakfast was great. Location very convenient. Near Opportunity Central. We will definitely stay here again

Large king suite with ceiling fan. Attention to details like folded towels into swans and roses. 3 shower heads are very nice too. Big tv and very comfortable bed. We are repeat guests and will be back.

As a local, I took a daycation to spend in a pool. No disappointment with the pool. It wasnât the cleanest or free of bug floaters. Itâs shaded with tables and lounges. The room, eeeehhh, was decent. Ac worked great. Bed was lumpy, pillows mediocre. I moved the trash can closer to the âcoffee cornerâ and there was sticky something all over the floor. Itâs summer and I didnât pack socks, so wore my flip flops every time my feet touched the floor. Safety note*** the side entrance door doesnât close all the way and allows uncarded access.
Very walkable area with multiple fast food and dine in restaurants.
Hotel breakfast was OK. Many options from oatmeal, eggs, potatoes, waffles, fruit, sausage (no bacon). Fancy coffee machine with boring coffee. I wouldnât go back, but it was a decent experience for a night.

I booked my hotel room a couple of weeks ago along with several of our softball teammates. I arrived Saturday and walked into our room to find it was a single king bed. I booked and paid for a double queen due to having a family of 5. I walked downstairs to be told "we were hoping you didn't notice but we overbooked rooms so nothing we can do." I explained I paid for and called to verify our room prior to arrival. The lady at the front handed me the phone and said talk to my manager. I spoke to Kaitlyn who explained they overbooked double queen rooms. I asked if she had any other kings available and she said no we're sold out. So I asked if there was anything she could do and she said no. I asked the lady up front how many king rooms she had available hoping they could just give us another room. She said she had 5 king rooms available. That was never booked as I verified the next morning. Not only would Kaitlyn not help or make this right, she never took blame nor apologized. The lady at the front handed me a stack of bedding to make pallets on the floor. We made it work. I sent an email to the owner and have yet to hear back. The lights in the bathroom didn't work. The sheets she gave me were stained or soiled. There was no A/C in the breakfast area. And to top it all off, we have confirmed bed bug bites today. I am a very level headed person who only gives reviews when necessary. However, since the owner would not respond to my multiple calls or email, I am leaving a review.

We got here and thought "Wow, why don't we stay at BW more often?"
We found out....
My wife and I went to have breakfast and there was one of the angry political "news" channels blaring on the TV. As everyone left, I asked someone to change to a sports news channel. With the remotes present, they refused saying it is the policy to have it on that specific channel. No one in there but my wife and I. We were told if we want something other than angry news while eating breakfast, we should go to our room because it is a public space, empty or not, the channel had to be on what the manager wanted even though the manager was not there. When the manager gets to work later she told me that it is the hotel policy to have the devicive political news on the TV in the common area. As a veteran and frequent traveler I am more accustomed to better service as a paying customer like I get at other customer centered hotels across the country.
Those are the places I will be staying because I was either lied to by the manager, which is a disqualifier, or the policies in place are not considerate enough of paying customers.
With us it is now a matter of principle.
