“Dealt with Jose in the store. He was helpful and friendly. Tried to use Synchrony Financial to get 0 percent for 24 months and 3 percent cash back. Jose gave me a code and phone number to call. When I spoke with the girl there she was no help and said you can't do both even though Jose said others have done it. Jose tried to call them and he got no help either. Now I lost $105 in the Cashback and I have to go back up there to pay for the mattress.”
