“Jason is AMAZING! He has such high energy and always has such a positive attitude each time you see him! I ordered a couch from him and on the day I moved into my apartment he brought the couch over and even helped the movers set it up and made sure everything looked good before he left! About 6 months later, my dog shredded into one of the cushions and Jason helped me order a replacement part which he's a HUGE lifesaver as sometimes ordering replacement cushions through actual furniture websites can be extremely difficult! I absolutely recommend him for future furniture purchases!! He goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are happy!”

The bonus was their complimentary delivery and assembly service. A special shoutout to Kristen Wright, whose assistance made the process smooth and helped us find the perfect fit. Now, when it comes to furniture shopping, I'm one of those folks who often struggle to find pieces I truly like. Unfortunately, my wife is in the same boat, which means our furniture-shopping adventures tend to be short-lived. We enter, and we exit within minutes. Rooms To Go doesn't deviate from this pattern for us. However, I've noticed their prices are on the higher side, particularly when compared to smaller Mom and Pop stores. It's a bit perplexing, especially considering their exclusive focus on one product type. How can they be pricier than the rest? But here's the silver lining: the staff is friendly and accommodating, and if you do happen to discover something you love in their selection, their financing options are indeed top-notch.”
