“GREAT staff! Always professional and very helpful. Pharmacy trips are never fun and tend to be a pain in the rear but this particular Pharmacy has always been on point. Other pharmacies should learn from this location.”

“Was in need of a last-minute cake and was a little worried I wouldn’t be able to get one for the following day. Decided to go see if I could purchase one at Walmart and Kroger and I’ll say this before even acknowledging me with a hello I was told if you need a cake it needs to be 48 hours. We can’t help you. I have to say at both places the staff was very rude and active like they just didn’t have time for any of my questions. But AnyWho, no time for negativity !! I went to Tom Thumb here in Forney and I must say from the moment I walked in that store and was greeted, The atmosphere was amazing. As soon as I made it to the bakery, everyone was smiling and saying hi. I spoke to one lady and told her I was in A bind . I didn’t know if they could help me. The first thing she said was, I’m sure we can just let me know what you need. And before I knew it, I had a perfect cake In less than 10 minutes! Chantelle was just awesome!!! Super sweet and nothing was too difficult for her! They completely made my day not only because I got a perfect cake but because they were all so sweet, helpful and amazing! So if you’re in a need for a cake, go visit Chantelle and all the amazing stuff at the bakery they will make it happen!”

“This pharmacy store at forney Texas was amazing. More than five star rating. Exceptional service! Jazmine at the front desk was very professional and cleared up all my confusion about my vaccines. Joyce, the vaccinator, was incredible—I had to receive six shots, and she made the process entirely painless. Her encouraging words and skill made a stressful situation very relaxing. Highly recommended!”

“Walgreens has always been my place to go to fill prescriptions and receive vaccinations. The Walgreens in Forney is the best because of Acsah. She is top notch in her field, really seems to enjoy her work, and is a blessing to talk with.”

“This is my main pharmacy. The employees are always friendly. They always try to get me the lowest price on my meds. Even when they’re busy, the wait is still shorter than at CVS.”

“long wait time in and outside time. Need a shopping center size pharmacy to keep up with all of us who are in need of meds. Notice demand has been increasing for a long time. more employees are needed. As much as the medicine industry is charging for drugs theres plenty of room to hire more people or robots to keep up with the demand. Just a thought.”
