“We needed a prescription that was no less than $92.00. That is with coupons or health insurance. The charge from Kearney was $36.00 plus shipping. We could have driven over but fighting the traffic would have been a hassle. They knew upfront when we would receive the medication snd provided the tracking .#. It actually arrived earlier but I thought the PO Wouk’s have brought to the door. But it was very hot outside snd I watched for the delivery and retrieved it right away. “Even though I didn't use the pharmacy I did buy groceries here. Everyone here is friendly and extremely helpful. Everything is well stocked and the store is always clean. I Love shopping here because they have things I can't find at the other stores, but the only thing that is very confusing is they had meat on sale ( the hams in particular) and then they also had another sticker on them for 50% off so I was thinking about getting a couple of them but the young man that was wondering in the meat section told me that I could either get the price for the first mark down or I could take the 50% off of the original price not the mark down and the discount that was added. He was telling me this as he was trying to take the additional half price sticker on there. What a shame because I definitely would have purchased several for my family and it would have been great since meat prices are too high and this would have fed my family for a while.”

“Now this it's customer service! Mr. Albert provides more than just customer service. He is kind and friendly to everyone. Even those he's not helping. I saw this man help an elderly lady by scanning all her items and bagging them in the self checkout lane. Every person that walked by he would say hello to while helping. This gentleman needs to be recognized for his kind nature, warm heart and the ability to make someone happy with a brief conversation. It's been a busy day and I was a little cranky until now. Thank you Mr. Albert! I don't live near this Kroger but I will now come out of my way for this type of warmth. More than service, it is a welcome home.”

“This used to be a old Winn-Dixie and when it first opened as a Kroger I used to work there for approximately 6 and 1/2 months when I first started there it's the best store I ever worked there inside Kroger it always stay clean and well-grown now it's 2022 is still the same nothing has changed well clean and I always will shop at this store when I get a chance to come there so I give it five stars not only because of the experience that I had when I worked there a few years back because it still look like a Kroger”

I have asked twice why my husband's medication is not ready and I was told they are waiting on a third party contractor to fill the prescription. They will fill the prescription in house if you call , because they have the medication on hand . So if you can wait it will be ready in a few days.”

“This CVS location inside Target is fast, efficient and has most medications in stock, unlike the one on 500 N Galloway. This location answers the phone in a timely manner and will try to assist you with finding the medication at another location if they don’t have it.”
“I like the store and their personnel but it's a little pricier than walmart, I like the Sav on pharmacy though, you can get really good prices on prescriptions if you use the GoodRX app, it's free, it was going to cost me 700.00 for 30 pill count of a certain medicine using my insurance, but with GoodRX I only paid 23.00, big freaking difference, at Walmart would've been 37.00 using GoodRX so Albertsons is cheaper on prescriptions but don't use your insurance, use GoodRX.”
“I’ve been coming here off and on for 3 years for me, my wife and kids. I see a lot of negative reviews and a low rating but as far as the pharmacy I have never had an issue and the staff is helpful. I had 1 minor issue with someone not saving my insurance one time and I ended up paying a lot more then I should have, but that was a one time mistake.”
“We have visited Walgreens Pharmacy on Town East Blvd in Mesquite, Texas since the first week it opened, We are always greeted with smiles, respect and courtesy during each visit.
We have developed a close relationship with the Pharmacy Staff over the years. They are like family. We appreciate Calvin, Keisha, Claydie, Ben and the entire pharmaceutical team.
They are kind, respectful, knowledgeable, intelligent, smart, personable, and accommodating to each customer. They go the extra mile to ensure that each prescription is filled correctly and in a timely manner. For that, we are grateful. They are gentle and informative when administering all injections during flu season. They check to make sure the customer is not having a reaction before leaving the pharmacy.
The Pharmacy Staff are the BEST in the Metroplex in our opinion.

“Pharmacy staff can be a bit abrasive, but the regular staff working the store have always been helpful and kind. I can’t remember his name, but there is a gentleman there that had his arm in a cast that has always been especially helpful. Sometimes I have issues trying to work coupons, but he helps where he can and makes sure to give me information about the Extra Care program. I’ve been a member for a few years now, but I still appreciate the time he takes to make sure I’m getting savings.”

Some medications have long term shortages which are very difficult for patients to work around when the medication class is restrictive, meaning it's not easy for pharmacies to dispense substitutes without a lot of back and forth from the care provider to the pharmacy. For several years now, this location has been my go to whenever my closer locations are out of stock. While medication can get stuck on back order, this team has clearly demonstrated that they have some thoughtful practices to do what they can to make restock requests responsive to these back orders.
Also, it's absolutely incredibly that the team here can show up every day with a smile - I have listened in line to frustrated customers experiencing difficulties with their prescriptions take it out on the technicians and pharmacists on duty. They are absolutely the front line of the short end of the stick for frustrated people. I cannot emphasize enough how I've seen the staff bend backwards to try to make things work for their patients despite receiving that frustration, it's just incredible. Whether making phone calls to connect with providers, or trying to rush fill a prescription for someone with a paper script, this team is on it.
They are deeply knowledgeable about their systems and opportunities for customers, patient, and so willing to have a good conversation while they get everything sorted out for you. Filling prescriptions is usually a pretty frustrating part of my month, and it's almost always smooth sailing instead here.”
“Let’s go Krogering ! Love my shoppers card , digital coupons and sales ads never disappoint. You can save some serious money in Kroger . The only negative thing I can say about this location is FIX THE PARKING LOT ! The pot holes and bumps and man this store makes good money prime location no other grocery stores in the vicinity so fix the parking lot lol . Employees are great , store is clean bakery department is amazing with cake orders . The sales ad is always good .”
