“Debbie was an amazing help when we unfortunately locked the keys in the unit! Very professional and a joy speaking with. Would highly recommend as good staff is hard to come by!”
“My husband and I are so impressed with our entire experience! It was easy to rent a unit on the phone and when we went the next day to see where the unit was located and get the lock, DD was there in the office. First impressions was how friendly and helpful DD was and how clean the office was. DD went the extra mile showing us where our unit was. She walked down there and met us when we drove around. She made sure all of our questions were answered too!”

“BTA is one of the few mom and pop owned storage facilities. That’s why I’m storing my things here. I want to be a person and not just a number. Customer service is great and they are helpful in making the decisions you need to make.”
“I have been with Storage Solutions for about 3 years and have had a great experience. During that time, I needed to move to a larger unit and, more recently, downsize to a smaller one. Mark made the entire process very easy and was always helpful.
I have always felt safe while at my unit and felt confident that my belongings were secure. There is plenty of lighting throughout the property after dark, which makes a big difference. Access in and out is also very easy and convenient.
I highly recommend Storage Solutions for anyone looking for a clean, safe, and convenient place to store their belongings!

“Northstar has been a wonderful storage facility offering easy access to all your items and providing excellent customer service. Either renting a storage space, placing a trailer or RV.
I've stored all my families belongings here for over 12 yrs within their climate controlled facility.
They offer country home hospitality to you like family.
If you ever have a question or issue to access property they are always there to help!
I would recommend having your items stored here in their secured storage facility.
Can't speak any more highly or expect a better place to store your belongings with care!
Kind regards”

“By far the best storage facility I've ever used! Carrie and the entire staff are always beyond warm, welcoming, helpful, and keep the complex exceptionally clean, well maintained, and everything fully operational. She does such an incredible job, if we decide to open a store locally, we have every intention of trying to steal her away : ) If you're in the market for a storage unit, I really can't recommend them enough!”
