I had the opportunity to get a haircut from Jeff and he exceeded my expectations. All the barbers there know what they are doing and they do an amazing job at everything. “Terry Quinonez and the Wells Fargo branch staff went significantly over and above the call of duty. Came in to the branch to open a number of accounts was treated extremely professional. Terry took me right at my appointment time and immediately went over my banking needs a coming up with a comprehensive and sensible solution to my needs . Terry introduced me to the Branch Manager , Hopitality Director,and many other Bank employees. Because I had a highly complex banking solution which required additional time in order to complete it, Terry and the other Bank officials demanded that we finished my new accounts after normal bank hours. The Bank officials stayed 1 hour after banking hours to complete my accounts. I was floored never has a bank ever gone this far to make me feel welcome to do business . Thank You Again Terry And Staff”
“I received a new Wells Fargo credit card, and when trying to update my new phone number with a customer service representative, I was told that the only way to change my number was to go to a Wells Fargo branch! So, there I go, got into my car, and headed to my nearest WFBranch, and although it was a bit of an inconvenience, I did not mind, because if doing this will help to prevent identity theft, then so be it, and more power to me! The facility is spotless, and the bank teller was extremely friendly and helpful! She did have to ask for help from her branch manager, but it was not an issue, and he was just as helpful. All in all, it did not take very long to make the necessary changes.”
