“Arrived to get a 16 foot box truck and a vehicle trailer and found the trailer had been taken to Albuquerque the day before. I had used my card to reserve the truck and trailer so I was very disappointed. The staff did coordinate the return of the trailer for the same day and asked me to return later that day to pick up the trailer. Bit of an inconvenience considering we are trying to move, but at least they are making it right.”

“I was really impressed with the U-Haul teams two locations and road side assistance. I got a flat I thought I was gonna be there all day and miss out on a motorcycle I was heading out to buy. Road side got there quick fast and a hurry found out it busted a Lee spring. He made some calls coordinated a new for me around the area,he took the trailer back and the new place had me in and out. Good customer service is hard to find now a days, thank you very much!!”

“Doing business was smooth. The crew was fast, efficient, accomodating, courteous and professional. Storage unit was super clean and safe. They have nice bathrooms in the office and magazines in the lobby. The only two things I'd knock half a star for would be the truck deposit cost ($150) and their open hours. You have to work their schedule when renting and/or returning a vehicle or else you may be charged for the next day when they reopen. Other than that it's all good.”
“When the boss ain't around the service here is horrible. They are always understaffed with people that don't know what they are doing. Very upsetting how the staff gets when the boss ain't around.”

“My father in law picked up our moving truck from here on 12/01/21 and was late due to flight/travel delays and Carmen stayed late just to ensure we could get this truck for our upcoming move!! She stayed in contact with us via phone, helped my father in law and his lyft driver get to the correct place and everything!! He was supposed to pick up the truck at 3:30pm and he didn’t get there till almost 4 and she stayed to go through the paperwork and get him the equipment we needed!! We had dealt with hell before this with another moving truck company falling through, and she really came through for us in a time we needed it the most!! if it wasn’t for her, her kindness and patience, we would’ve had to totally forfeit all our other moving plans and it would’ve been a mess!! So very thankful for her and Penske guaranteeing the equipment we needed and making sure we could pick it up and get where we needed to be!! Such a blessing!! Thank you!!!”
