“My husband and I were traveling in New Mexico and Cabernet our dog started having complications following a corneal ulcer. We called several clinics and none had the equipment to run a pressure test. When we called Eye Care Center in El Paso not only did they have the equipment but they also had the medicine that our pup needed. The staff were all so helpful and you could tell they loved animals.”

It seemed by conversations we heard, that there may have been a little staff shortage, so the longer than expected wait was understandable. When it was our turn, Dr S took his time and answered all of our questions. Overall, a great introductory visit. We'll definitely go back.”

Then the follow up appointment they didn't even charge me for the examination. They only charged me like 32 for the first set of vaccines. My kitten is looking so much better and healthier, with it's fur starting to grow in again.”
“I was referred to Dr. Silverman by the hospital veterinarian because my dog had a complex break, and Dr. Silverman is the only board-certified specialist in El Paso and New Mexico. Like many people, I always read reviews before choosing a business especially when something as important as my pet’s life is on the line.
When I looked up Dr. Silverman, I saw mixed reviews. They weren’t the best, but they also weren’t the worst. I felt that if he were truly as bad as some reviews suggested, there would be far more negative feedback than there actually was. I was nervous, but I decided to trust my gut.
From the moment I made the appointment through checking on my dog after surgery, everyone has been incredibly kind and helpful. My consultation with Dr. Silverman was great he made me feel important, never rushed, and spent about an hour going over everything in detail. He explained his recommendations, discussed all our options, answered every question we had, and was very confident in what he was doing. I never had a bad feeling about him or the surgery; I genuinely felt at ease.
He also provided clear pricing information, showing us both the lower and higher ends of the cost depending on certain decisions, which I really appreciated. During and after the surgery, both Dr. Silverman and Desiree called to keep me updated on how my sweet boy was doing. The day after surgery, I received another follow-up call with an update.
Everyone I’ve met there has been nothing but kind and supportive. The staff truly seems happy, and I believe that says a lot about Dr. Silverman and how he treats his team. Desiree and Morgan at the front desk are always patient, willing to help, and happy to answer any questions.
I am very grateful that I chose Dr. Silverman and his staff to care for my sweet boy and that I didn’t let a few negative reviews sway me. I hope this review helps others who may be in the same position I was. My dogs are my life, and I expect nothing but the best for them and that’s exactly what I feel we received here. ??”
