“I've been coming to this store since i was 5 years old and they were located in another address, they have always treated my family with respect and the fragrances they have they all 100% original , they have all kinds of colognes and price ranges for everyone, i will never stop buying my fragrances from them because they have never do me wrong , if you prefer to pay $40 or $50 dlls extra for buying from a department store ( Dillard's, Macy's,)so the worker can get their commission on the sale they just did by all means you do you , i will gladly buy from genesis and save that commission.
i have people come tell me that the fragrances that genesis sell are fake or passed the expiration opening date but for the last 32 years, i have never received fake or expired cologne from them not a single one .
i will gladly be coming back every time i need a refill on my fragrances. you have a frequent customer”

“Service is unfriendly but I’m giving it 4 stars due to the vast inventory they have. The service is not too shabby but not welcoming either. The restroom was very stinky they should consider an automated air freshener. Very closed off and the walls the material the smell sticks a lot. They don’t have many toy selections. But in clothes they have a lot of selections. The cashiers were fast. The parking is ample but dangerous people drive crazy in this shopping center you have to watch your four at all times.”

“I have been to many different Torrid stores including the exclusive locations in Dallas, you can't beat the EL Paso staff. We just need more variety of sizes, seems like only one size per item. I got 4 cute summer tops and didn’t have to spend more than $22, now that’s greaaaaaat! And the quality is not bad at all, I’ve gotten a few sweatshirts during winter and they’re still holding pretty good after a year and a half.”
