“My husband and I have been customers at this Cricket location for almost 3 years now, and the customer service has been phenomenal especially with sales representative "Hugh" on board. He has gone above and beyond our experience by helping us to purchase a much needed product we couldn't afford at the time out of an act of kindness from his own wallet! Well, because we came into the store a week earlier and bought a new cell phone which was stolen before we even had the chance to use it! My husband is 82 years old and hates flip phones! “I have been a T-Mobile subscriber since 1999, and have always been happy with with the cell and customer service. However, on Tuesday February 20th, customer service took on a new meaning, I purchased an unlocked cell phone from Amazon. The phone arrived on Tuesday but I was clueless as to how I would transfer my data between my current LG and the new LG phone. I took everything down to the T-Mobile store located on Constitution Drive and was so excited when Sale Representative Bri and Mr. Charles ( even though the phone was not purchased at the store), said they would be happy to assist me. Bri instantly started the transfer as I watched her switch back and forth between the phones and apps. We did have a small hiccup but Charles instantly discovered the issue and it was resolved. I was so relieved and grateful. They were professional, knowledgeable and are a great asset to T-Mobile.”

“Unlike other 7/11s out there; this Store went above and beyond any I had business doing with before. When there was a blatant problem with Uber Eats after a delivery driver had wrongfully grabbed the wrong Order, the Floor Supervisor; Mrs. Mosley had assisted this new Soldier to work with Uber Eats out of her time to get me a Refund. She even extended her kindness by giving me two free croissants for the troubles caused.This store is truly above the call of duty and the staff here are obviously being supervised by a great leader to where hopefully witnessing their supervisor go above and beyond may inspire them to do the same and to carry a positive example for what a 7/11 should be in the books.”

The gentleman walked me over to what I was looking for and was very informative about why there was a difference between the prices of the different brands of phone cases. Every where I walked in the store, there was an employee asking if I needed help looking for something. The employees throughout the store were all very friendly and helpful. That is why I always shop at Best Buy for all my electronics. Best Buy will also do price matches.”
