“I went in not quite sure what to get for my boyfriend, I am not a gamer and needed guidance buying him some new things such as a headset. Chad helped me and explained everything to me in a way that allowed me to make the best selection. He was outgoing and was extremely patient with me. I ended up deciding to get a controller too because Mr. Chad was an amazing salesman. Super great experience, Chad is a great employee!!!!! “I mainly come in on Sajan's shift as a regular and I must say he always has the best customer service ever. He makes sure he goes above & beyond for his customers. If the fountain machine is out of the soda I come for and it's stuffed in the back he makes sure to change it. If a tobacco product is out in the front that i ask for he runs to the back and grabs it for me even though a substitute would suffice. He always keeps everything clean, stocked, and well organized he's always BUSY doing something! Thank you Sajan keep up the great work you're doing 10/10.”

“Unlike other 7/11s out there; this Store went above and beyond any I had business doing with before. When there was a blatant problem with Uber Eats after a delivery driver had wrongfully grabbed the wrong Order, the Floor Supervisor; Mrs. Mosley had assisted this new Soldier to work with Uber Eats out of her time to get me a Refund. She even extended her kindness by giving me two free croissants for the troubles caused.This store is truly above the call of duty and the staff here are obviously being supervised by a great leader to where hopefully witnessing their supervisor go above and beyond may inspire them to do the same and to carry a positive example for what a 7/11 should be in the books.”
