“I went to the Cricket store to get internet service, and Maria went above and beyond to help me. She was knowledgeable, friendly, kind, and genuinely cared about making sure everything worked properly.
When I had issues installing the internet at home, I called the store for guidance, and Maria was even willing to come to my house after work to help me despite the rain outside. That level of customer service is rare these days.

“I had such a great experience here! These people are literally everyday heroes. I was having such a hard time with my phone and the Verizon wireless customer service number was very hard to navigate on my own so I went to this location and they were awesome. Super helpful, got my problem solved, they were patient with me, there was a comfy bench where we sat down and got my problem solved. ESPECIALLY CHASE AND KYANA! I'm leaving this review using my new phone that I never could've got working without your help. Big thanks.”
“Over the last 3 years, I have been coming to this location while living in the area. There's an employee here that has always gone above and beyond to help me with anything I've needed or have had problems with. Maribel has always been very professional and diligent in assisting me with everything I have brought into the store. This is greatly appreciated. With being gone for periods of time, it's nice to have my cell service not be something to worry about. 2 big thumbs up for this employee at the store👍👍”

“I am more than thrilled to be a valued 7/11 customer, everyone that works there is super nice and understanding, yesterday Saturday may 17th I visited in person and I met a cool person who was also a customer shopping she was friends with a famous comedian (she told me this after I complemented her shirt and asked where she got it), the lady at the counter she had brownish hair with a highlight piece she has an autistic kid very lovable person I seen her interact with another customer who had his autistic boy with him, she was really sweet and friendly, I bought my things and had a little issue on my side understanding how the redeem rewards worked on the rewards app, she was really patient and understanding and really helpful to me, after I went to the nacho station, when activating the chili machine the chili went all over the place on me on my phone, the counter, I cleaned it up and even cleaned the counter so the workers wouldn't have to clean a mess they didn't make, I feel it's unfair to workers to clean up the messes of us customers so everytime I accidentally make a mess I simply just clean it up, anyways a wonderful experience as always I've been going to this 7/11 for years now and I absolutely just love it, I hope that lady gets a raise and awarded for her workmanship and for being an amazing person. Have an amazing day!”
“One of the best 7-Eleven’s I’ve been going to for decades ever since the 90s. I love the renovation and products they do sell, especially Beatbox beverages. They have a variety of flavors but I would say a restock of Beatbox Strawberry Kiwi is definitely needed.”

“This is a good place to get your T-Mobile Tuesdays. Either get a free, big slurpee or free , large coffee🤪 They also, have gourmet coffees. 🤯 They have iced coffee and hot coffee and with the ice coffee , they have all different flavors. They do breakfast sandwiches and donuts.They have a spinney, wheel with hot dog, ta. Quitos they sell chicken sandwiches hamburgers pizza and everything you could think of and the staff is truly amazing.They always have a smile on their face😉🫶🏽 Ps. I Freaking love their Ice Coffee for only $2.15... That Beats starbucks all day period🤫”
“James was AWESOME!! I came in looking for a laptop for my daughter going to college. And the advertisement of it was pink (her favorite color) and had a unicorn coming out the screen. I thought was an awesome deal and pretty…until James told me “just because of a unicorn an pink” LOL He was very friendly and KNOWLEDGEABLE on the best product for my daughter. She even laughed and said how he educated us on the best laptop for college. He saved me from the unicorn to a laptop that will serve her college years. Keep up the great customer service James and giving details on the products. Because the unicorn, didn’t LOL”

“So I came here the other day because the 7-11 by me the Ice Coffee machine was up for cleaning 🙃 But glad the do that lol so It made me explore another 7-11. When I came in was impressed how big it was and I never paid attention to this store till I needed something. I have to say that each 7-11 has its own personality. This one they had more things like creamer and other pump Vanilla, Caramel, and others to put in your coffee. The one thing that I do love about coming.Here is my ice coffee is only $2.15. If you have the app also every time you go in and put your number or scan your code , you're seventh coffee is free.🤯 Who wouldn't love that😉 They also give you point for gas also. So please check them out😊 The place was nice and tidy. The associates were working diligently , so shout outs to Jennifer and Kerahn for doing an outstanding job. 👏🏾 🫶🏽”
