“Texas Home Medical staff is Wonderful!! Initial fitting and equipment recommendations were perfect. My Bipap and mask work wonderfully and help me sleep through the night and during occasional naps. Instead of 8 to 10 apnea events per hour, I now average 2 events per night. Brooke is especially helpful in answering my questions and sending my resupplies right on schedule with never an incorrect part. I do not have to worry about having the right equipment. My pulmonologist was very impressed with the usage data on my last visit. He said he did not usually have patients that used their equipment Every night, all night. Very comfortable and my wife cannot believe the lack of noise. THM is the best!!”

“I received my electric wheelchair yesterday by Mark. Brought my chair and and and they were supposed to be here between 2:00 and 4:00. He was promptly here by a little. After 2:00 he showed my husband and I. He broke down the chair and showed us how to break it down and then reassemble. Unfortunately we can't pick up the battery. It's way too heavy so he also gave me a card to someone who does lifts to put in the back of my car. He was so professional and courteous. Kind knowledgeable! Great! Thank you for having such a great person to help people that are not familiar with electric wheelchairs too. Help them be knowledgeable. Also, thank you all for your prompt help with this. “I was very pleased with the customer service I received from Lauren and Alexis. They were both very helpful in guiding me through the process of getting a cubby bed for my son. Lauren went above and beyond on many occasions to get the corrected documents from the provider that was required for insurance purpose and provided updates through out the entire process. They were careful in bringing recliners up the stairs and took the time to assemble chairs and explain every function on each chair.
