Between the fast maintenance response, welcoming community and management, amazingly up-kept grounds, and the various amenities; it has been an absolute joy living here.

“Most 5 ⭐ reviews describe a completely flawless experience from start to finish. I would like to offer a much different experience, and explain WHY this community has earned a 5⭐ review from us.
In April 2025, we toured the community with Priscilla and fell in love it (and her!). We returned a few days later to sign the lease, and walked through the unit with Priscilla after signing to note any small maintenance things that needed to be taken care of before move-in.
During that tour, we dropped something on the ground and while crouching down to get it, we saw something that made our hearts sink. Mold. A LOT of mold. What had started as a small leak under the kitchen sink had grown into a complete infestation.
It is a nightmare scenario for any renter to discover a mold infestation in your unit after signing your lease - because at this point, you're at the mercy of property management, and the whole situation has the potential to become a giant headache.
Fortunately for us, we signed with RPV.
Immediately, Priscilla reassured us that the mold would be taken care of properly and asked us about our move-in deadline. Thankfully, we were in a position to extend our current living situation. We were introduced to James, head of maintenance at RVP, and given a scope of work and estimated timeline.
They demoed our entire kitchen, y'all. And brought in a mold remediation team and air duct cleaner to boot. Oh, and did I mention they covered our rent until our ACTUAL move-in day? We did not pay a dime until the day we could move in to our freshly remodeled unit.
And that level of commitment to making residents feel like they're in good hands has never wavered.
We are so happy with the team here at RPV! Knowing James and his character and work ethic from day one, we have the utmost faith in him and his maintenance team. We know that if we put in a maintenance request, it will be addressed promptly and in a way that is respectful to us and our home.
We give this community 5 ⭐'s because they've EARNED them. Time and time again.”
“I had an amazing experience at this Eagle Pointe Apartment complex while my house was being remodeled. Lisa, the leasing agent, truly made all the difference. She was always so helpful, friendly, and professional, offering great customer service with a smile every time I interacted with her. She went above and beyond to ensure that everything ran smoothly during my stay, and her positive attitude made the whole process so much easier. The complex itself is well-maintained, with all the amenities you could need, and I couldn't have asked for a better temporary home. Highly recommend!”

“I want to thank Mr hose yesterday, he came in so fast and put the blind up so fast, that he was leaving out the door as fast he came in. Mr Marvin and Pedro also are our maintenance men in blue. You have a maintenance request get it in to the office , they contacts them so quickly!!! The men in blue will do the work and complete it with excellence.
Ms Patricia, manager, Ms Tiffany assistant manager and my precious Zessica, they are the best management I ever had, their excellence is so so beyond and above. I can't thank the men in blue and our office management. Words can't express the feeling when I wallk into the office and the welcome is so so so warm to walk in and just say good morning. We have to remember show the same love to them as you would want them to show to you. You really have a maintenance problem, always when the men walk into your house, explain your problem very calm and they will do their part, our men in blue. Remember they have things going on in their life. “Recently finished my lease at The Club at Stonegate and it was the perfect fit for my needs. Units are reasonably priced, maintenance is efficient, and the location is hard to beat. Very quiet and safe area, plus walking distance from Trader Joe’s! The landscaping is beautiful and perfect for walking. They recently installed smart home devices managed through a mobile app, which I really enjoyed.
The units aren’t brand new, some of the paint jobs were questionable (found a poor spider painted onto the wall haha), but I’d say it was a good experience for the price, especially for the location. Parking can be tough at times, especially after 7pm. I do wish this place hadn’t started using AI for customer support—calling and talking to a robot can be frustrating.
Overall I’d recommend this complex to anyone looking for a quiet and pet-friendly place near TCU. I loved my experience and the only reason I didn’t renew was because I had to move for work. I would’ve stayed much longer if I could have!”

“So let me start by saying I started out with someone who is no longer with the company and honestly she was doing everything for me answering every question that I had so I was a little bummed when I found out she was no longer there.
So now I have a million more questions and I am even more confused but when I say I spoke with Daniel and Etta they were absolutely helpful. Etta knows exactly how stressful this process was for me but I have to say she was very patient when it came to me. I think I called and reached out sooooo many times I stressed her out. Nonetheless she was still patient with me . She very thorough and respectful. Very timely and sufficient. She always set expectations for every single step. I absolutely love my new apartment and appreciate her and Daniel. So much. I even called today and spoke with Daniel and he assured that he would help with a situation that I asked about getting done he literally took care of it on the phone and offered more help. If not anything I appreciate them so much. I am so glad I chose you all over the other apartment I was going to do. Thanks again! I will post pics later.”

“I’ve lived at The Ascent with my family for almost two years, and overall, it’s been a positive experience. Like many older communities, we had a few issues in the beginning (mainly roaches and an A/C that wasn’t working properly). However, the office staff genuinely cares about making things right, and they’ve followed through. It’s been several months since we’ve seen any roaches in our unit — I believe it was related to a previous neighbor, and since they moved out, we haven’t had any problems.
Samantha, the leasing agent, is wonderful — always responsive, kind, and professional. She really helps make the experience better.
With any community that offers more affordable pricing during such a competitive housing market, you will occasionally encounter a few neighbors who don’t take care of the property. That said, the community is generally quiet and well-kept. We live toward the back of the complex, so we don’t hear traffic or have issues with people hanging around the parking lot.
Speaking as someone who was once a single mother, I’d also say this community feels safe and family-friendly, which was very important to me when choosing a place to live.”

“I have been living here for a little over a year and this is by far the best apartment building I have ever lived in. Brittany is fantastic and always takes care of the residents. Manuel keeps this entire building running smoothly and practically every time I have submitted a maintenance request he has been at my apartment with a solution within 2 hours. Everyone is super friendly and a lot of residents know each other by name and greet each other in the hallways. It’s clear that people are being truly cared for and treated as people rather than just a number. The management team here have my utmost respect and appreciation for all they do.”
