“I have been living here for a little over a year and this is by far the best apartment building I have ever lived in. Brittany is fantastic and always takes care of the residents. Manuel keeps this entire building running smoothly and practically every time I have submitted a maintenance request he has been at my apartment with a solution within 2 hours. Everyone is super friendly and a lot of residents know each other by name and greet each other in the hallways. It’s clear that people are being truly cared for and treated as people rather than just a number. The management team here have my utmost respect and appreciation for all they do.”

“This apartment community is a wonderful place to call home. The apartments are reasonably priced and spacious. They’re also making improvements like installing privacy fencing, which you’d typically only find in houses. Additionally, they maintain the property well. I’ve seen both short-term and long-term rentals here and haven’t heard any negative feedback. Even during challenging times like the summer when the AC broke down, I’ve had a great experience. The pool is a great place to relax, grill, and socialize with your neighbors. If you’re looking to stay fit, there’s also a clean and well-equipped fitness center in the central hub. I highly recommend checking it out; I think you’ll be impressed!”

“Most 5 ⭐ reviews describe a completely flawless experience from start to finish. I would like to offer a much different experience, and explain WHY this community has earned a 5⭐ review from us.

In April 2025, we toured the community with Priscilla and fell in love it (and her!). We returned a few days later to sign the lease, and walked through the unit with Priscilla after signing to note any small maintenance things that needed to be taken care of before move-in.

During that tour, we dropped something on the ground and while crouching down to get it, we saw something that made our hearts sink. Mold. A LOT of mold. What had started as a small leak under the kitchen sink had grown into a complete infestation.

It is a nightmare scenario for any renter to discover a mold infestation in your unit after signing your lease - because at this point, you're at the mercy of property management, and the whole situation has the potential to become a giant headache.

Fortunately for us, we signed with RPV.

Immediately, Priscilla reassured us that the mold would be taken care of properly and asked us about our move-in deadline. Thankfully, we were in a position to extend our current living situation. We were introduced to James, head of maintenance at RVP, and given a scope of work and estimated timeline.

They demoed our entire kitchen, y'all. And brought in a mold remediation team and air duct cleaner to boot. Oh, and did I mention they covered our rent until our ACTUAL move-in day? We did not pay a dime until the day we could move in to our freshly remodeled unit.

And that level of commitment to making residents feel like they're in good hands has never wavered.

We are so happy with the team here at RPV! Knowing James and his character and work ethic from day one, we have the utmost faith in him and his maintenance team. We know that if we put in a maintenance request, it will be addressed promptly and in a way that is respectful to us and our home.

We give this community 5 ⭐'s because they've EARNED them. Time and time again.”

“I went to check out the apartments at courts of Bedford today and it was an amazing experience from the start to finish. I felt very welcomed by Natalie and when she showed me the tour of the apartment complex it Felt like two people catching up after a couple years of not seeing each other lol that’s how comfortable Natalie made me feel and the atmosphere just added to the experience the grounds are well kept and quiet and I hope to be a resident soon!!”

“So let me start by saying I started out with someone who is no longer with the company and honestly she was doing everything for me answering every question that I had so I was a little bummed when I found out she was no longer there.

So now I have a million more questions and I am even more confused but when I say I spoke with Daniel and Etta they were absolutely helpful. Etta knows exactly how stressful this process was for me but I have to say she was very patient when it came to me. I think I called and reached out sooooo many times I stressed her out. Nonetheless she was still patient with me . She very thorough and respectful. Very timely and sufficient. She always set expectations for every single step. I absolutely love my new apartment and appreciate her and Daniel. So much. I even called today and spoke with Daniel and he assured that he would help with a situation that I asked about getting done he literally took care of it on the phone and offered more help. “Very mixed feelings but after long debate, I decided a 4-star rating was fair.

To begin, the complex itself is in a great area. It’s very walkable, and if you’re down to drive 5 minutes, there’s food, grocery stores, etc. It’s close enough to the TCU campus to support the school and the athletics, but traffic really doesn’t affect the immediate area that bad. You can literally walk 2 minutes outside the gates and you’re at Trader Joe’s. You can also hop right on the main interstates from the complex, maybe a 5-7 minute drive.

There is also in-unit washer and dryer that was really nice and convenient, the pool area and clubhouse are nice and clean, the apartment gym is decent size and clean at all times. The maintenance team is also super friendly and quick to respond to requests.

There were cons, some were pretty bad. We had a long process involving getting our bathtub refinished towards the beginning of our lease. While that’s not major at all, we did have a roach infestation at one point. There were constant roaches in the kitchen area between the stove and cabinets. There were tons of roaches under our sink, and all over/in our dishwasher. I saw them everywhere I looked. I eventually spammed management week after week about the roach infestation and they sent a pest control man to my apartment specifically. After a few weeks of that, the roaches were subdued for the most part. I feared they just moved apartments.

Overall, a good experience, mixed with some bad ones.”

“I was going to leave less stars but since new management has taken over, it’s been amazing in such a short amount of time. Obviously things take time but they started working fast to fix a lot of the issues around here. Office staff is actually friendly now and answers the phone’s which is a breath of fresh air. Communication is awesome, the maintenance team is very helpful, and they finalllly got rid of that nasty hammock outside in the courtyard that I wouldn’t touch with a pole, let alone lay on it. ? I’m excited to see all the changes. Besides that I love the location and everything is easily accessible walking or with a bike and the trail is super close.

The bad stuff that I didn’t knock stars down for since it’s not the apartments fault:
Our storage unit constantly being broken into. If you have one, make sure you take inventory of your stuff. (Management is helping us with this issue). Exterior doors are always breaking or won’t close all the way. Dog poop in the hallways which is just nasty. The cleaning crew here is on top of things but they shouldn’t have to deal with that. I also don’t like that our amenities are easily accessible to everyone (grills, hammocks, outside seating, courtyard, even the gated parking lot can be walked in).”

“I am on my fourth apartment with this location. My first two apartments were held back to back, and then I moved out of the area for several years. However, after deciding to move back to NRH there was no other option in my mind but to return. The area is quiet, near everything, and the management at Oxford is the absolute best!

I cannot suggest this complex enough. I have not always been the easiest tenant, but the ladies in the front office are all amazing, extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and always helpful! Plus, they do not have turnover issues with their staff, which means highly experienced management and maintenance teams!
