My visit to this Apple Store was mostly positive. The staff was helpful, but the store was packed, and even with an appointment I ended up waiting about an hour — so it’s best to plan for a longer wait than expected. I’ve purchased my new phone here every time a new model comes out, and I do appreciate the service they provide. However, the process could be simpler, and the store would really benefit from having more staff to help manage the crowds and reduce wait times.

Bad services and wrong listed hours. Went there and found out the place is boarded and closed. Called the apple main office said they have no idea why they are closed to the public for days.

Came in due to my iPhone not wanting to power on and got sent to a table where sweet nice Nicholas was and I just want to say his service was way beyond any service I ever got and I’m very amazed and glad he helped me out today so shout out to NICHOLAS YOU ARE AWESOME!And thank you!

Went here to buy my iPhone 16e, apple tv, and a few other accessories. Each time I came it felt magical to walk into. The staff is really helpful and friendly and I have never had any complaints. Would recommend going here.

They’ll lie to you cause they don’t wanna do their jobs. Said you can’t change the trade in method when I talked to Apple customer support who said they can, and they can just change it on the order number. Then I talked to the manager, said he had to check the guidelines but I can tell from the get-go he didn’t want to help me. Before anything he said you HAVE to use the trade in kit very rudely. Scrolled on his iPad for like 5 seconds then said yup can’t change trade in method, but wouldn’t show me said guidelines. But now that I’m reading other reviews, I think my phone would’ve gotten stolen if I traded it in store. So now I think I dodged a bullet.

I usually don’t write reviews but I can’t help but to give thanks for the amazing staff I met today. I had an appointment that was met on time. I was helped today by Isaiah who was through and through a great help and a complete gentleman. Give the man a raise he’s awesome!

Got a call from Liv the store manager and tried to call back no less than eight times and nobody ever answers. Liv is too busy as well as store associates to deal with a customer. I’ll never use Apple again and since I can’t get an anyone to answer the phone, certainly not going there. Zero stars if I could. Why call me only to not answer your phone when I call back?
