Little snooty girl refused to hear my issue, was very argumentative for no reason especially since she didn’t hear me entire issue then hung up, just because you work for Apple, does not mean you get to treat customers like dirt.

NEWS!! This store SUCKS worst store APPLE YOU SUCK NO HELP the APPLE app said my phone would cost $30 to fix at Best Buy I cracked the back on my iPhone 13 so I booked an appointment they did have the part so I had too book another appointment in the app at the store it was $30 I booked it I arrived and was told $300 and some change which to them is my $30 yea $339 to do it I can’t stress enough this is a money racket place get your wallet out and your routing # apples price>cost is stupid HIGH THATS WHY THEY ARE GOING COURT WATCH THE NEWS! PEOPLE

Great place and amazingly nice people work there. From welcoming at the door to services, everything was amazing.I had an issue with my Chromebook and they got it fixed and running.I was a little worried because I was about to start classes a week later but they saved my life.I don’t remember his name but I had chatted with an employee he told me that he worked there for 15 years and that’s how you know it’s a great place when people retain their job for years.

I went to this location to see if they could fix my old MacBook Pro. They unfortunately weren’t able to do anything with it (eh, it’s 10+ years old, it is what it is). They WERE able to help me with my iPhone battery (thank you for that). I want to shout out the employees. Herds of Karens were at this store and the team behaved so incredibly professionally and with god-tier patience. There was a particular male-Karen supervillain shouting at an employee. I’m sorry that happened and I’m so impressed with the ability to keep cool under pressure. Keep up the good work!

The manager was very rude! I have been into this location multiple times to get my iPad fixed but the issue is never resolved. After an employees tried to help me he got his manager involved to help but the man was very rude & did not want to help me! The Manager is Matthew

This place is very packed! So if you have social anxiety, maybe avoid it. ;) The staff member who helped me was very knowledgeable about the product and made good suggestions based on what I needed. I appreciate that I wasn't just being upsold. :)
