They will get you in just about any-day you want, but they don’t manage workload or time well. Example, I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation and alignment. Took them two and a half hours and they didn’t do the alignment. Who takes two and a half hours for an oil change with an appointment? Additionally, they do not provide loaner cars if they need to do warranty work, even if you buy a high end vehicle, they are “5-6 weeks out on loaners with a waitlist of 56 people”. This is absurd and they should just partner with a rental car agency to prevent this.
Bottom line, they didn’t do what I specifically asked them to do, aka the alignment, and took far too long for a simple oil change. Appointments should take priority over walkins.
Waiting room is a glass box with no TV or sound or music. Just pure silence. No amenities either, like water, snacks or sodas. They should take a page out of Five Star Subarus book, look how they run their service drive, it’s amazing. Plus Five Star has FREE snacks, coffee, and soda machine. You truly feel valued where as this dealership makes you feel like a burden then a valued client. Pretty sad as the highest end Subaru is mid level Stalinist pricing, what’s the deal?
Sadly, I will go back as they need to fix rust issues in a new vehicle, its under warranty, but I’m not confident it will be handled right, especially since they didn’t do what I asked for during routine service visit.
Giving three stars for now, but will edit once the warranty work is done, it will go higher or lower depending on the turn time and repair quality

Just under 3hrs for an Oil Change even though I had an appt. Arrived on time for the 10:45am appointment and was driving off the lot at 1:36pm. When I followed up at 12:50p and they said it was on the lift now, 2hrs after I arrived.

my lifetime battery died. The car could be jump started but then the engine would die. I could not get my car to Autonation to get the battery exchanged. I called the manager and explained that I could not get the car to him without the probablity that I would be stuck on the highway.. Prior, I had already had the car at the dealership and they had verified that the battery was bad. I told the manager that I could remove the battery myself and take it to him for an exchange. The service manager said that that was not the policy but since I could be stranded he would make an exception. I removed the battery and took it to Autonation Chrysler-Dodge and the battery was exchanged without any problems. My service rep was not in at that time but I will be back next week to complete the paper.

Skylar with AutoNation was great. We were moving our daughter into college. We were traveling from out of town and our Jeep broke down late on a Saturday in Ft Worth. I spoke with Skylar, and she walked me through on what I need to do to get our Jeep towed. We finally got our Jeep towed to AutoNation, and she stayed late to get us checked in. I knew they were closed on Sunday, so I figured we wouldn’t hear anything until late Monday. But I started receiving texts from her first thing Monday morning, about the status of our car. She knew we were from out of town and stuck at a hotel, so she escalated everything. And our car was fixed by noon! We truly appreciate what Skylar was able to do, and she kept me updated and informed the whole team. She was AWESOME to work with. I truly felt like she honestly cared about our situation and wanted to help us out. Thank you Skylar, I will definitely recommend you and AutoNation!
