This location I’ve always dealt with extremely friendly tellers and I’m usually greeted at the door , made to feel welcomed . Today I experienced a different employee that was by herself unfortunately. I saw she was a bit overwhelmed. I made sure to be a little more expressive in my smile and even made a cute comment of how she’s running it by herself. Well she was not in the mood for me. I get it . We’re human. But the tone she had and the blank expression that remained on her face during our interaction rubbed me the wrong way. I could tell I was annoying her. She would also talk over me and cut me off. It just wasn’t a pleasant visit with her . She made me feel as if I was in the wrong being there. Again , she was alone and overwhelmed and I’m trying to be understanding of that.

These banks are trash. Don't bother opening an account here. You'll have your account overdrawn from a purchase of over 2 weeks. I believe they do that on purpose to get overdraft fees from their customers. I'm not the only that complains about this.

It's not the best, but not the worst banking system branch. Service is always good and expedient except during the lunchtime rotations. Never received poor customer service at this branch.
They need to add a secure URL for mobile and online banking customers and customer controlled PIN numbers so that online consumers can lock and unlock their own debit cards and anonymously order new cards and report disputes.
Contrary to popular belief the branch manager has little control over Regional decisions. There is a future around the corner where people will have to use automated banking, online banking, online and electronic deposits, and debits where cash will no longer be used to buy and sell and every transaction will be online and in the clouds. Resistance will not help for it is prophesied in the Word of God that this day is coming and sooner than we want to imagine.

The worst bank I have ever used. Has the worst customer service. Charge ATM frees at their ATMs. They have a data breach every other month and steal your money. Do not recommend. Would give ZERO stars if possible.

This is the worst banking institution I have ever had.This location doesn't have restrooms available for senior citizens who have an account!!!They would rather send them out on the ice to walk next door to use the restroom. & what's tragic I fell on the ice. Hurt knee, leg & wrist.They have no respect. And the banking service sucks too!!!

PNC customer service and interest rates are the best! After checking out all the local banks, I transferred my savings from one of the BIG banks (paying 1 percent interest) to PNC (paying 4 percent). I'm not talking about CDs....this is on your savings. It was a no brainer. Jessica, at the Sycamore School Rd annex, called me the other day to say they were raising my interest rate. Has your bank ever called you with good news like that? If you're with one of the BIG guys, you should go see Jessica today. Or, you could continue to let them use your money and pay you 1%.

I've been a customer for a few years now, I've never had a problem with them. Other than the cashless branches being more of an inconvenience than convenience. But I'm older and becoming outdated.

This location is horrible, I came in to inquire about opening an account. The staff is not professional at all. I asked questions regarding there profuct they offer and all he could say is we offer the same thing Chase,BOA, WellsFargo offer. So totally not interested in telling me what they offer. I asked about savings accounts and interest rate. And he said oh yeah we are super low. Not a very good experience would not recommend banking here at this location atleast.

Close too early! Bank closed in Saturday. How do the expect people that work to bank only when they have to take off? Plus they hold your paycheck 24 hrs before you can access the funds.

Worst customer service and a long wait and workers will pass you and not even greet just look at you crazy I will go across town before I come back to this one.
